Signed up for WTS about a year ago and thought I was doing automatic payments however they quit picking up my trash so I called and paid and it was no problem getting it reinstated. Fast forward to recently, times have been tough so I couldn't pay my trash bill and of course they quit picking it up. I knew that was going to happen, what I did not expect is when I called to reinstate it this time is that they had still been charging me even though they quit picking up my trash, so to get it reinstated, it was going to be more than the usual charge by about 80.00. I think NOT. Switched to another service who is cheaper per quarter anyway and said they would not keep charging for service if they were not actually providing the service.

Fantastic customer service! We struggled with trying to meet the schedules of the different trash pickup services for our weekend home in Rockport because we aren't there to put the bin out and put it up. Then I found out about the concierge service WTS offers and it is perfect for us. They are so helpful and pleasant when I call!

Desperately needed to clean up around our property to include the demolition and removal of a trailer house, an old motor home, a cinder block building with a concrete slab, old clay roof tiles, and other out buildings and debris. A daunting endeavor was made easy by calling in White Trash Services. Owner Scott Nelson met me onsite to walk the property. He listened to my needs and took detailed notes. Within a few days Scott provided me with a fairly priced and comprehensive line item estimate for providing the demolition and debris removal services. Once on site, Scott and his very experienced heavy equipment operator Derek Reyes made short work of the project getting everything completed in just two days. Everyone from the office to the field was very professional and personable. We will be using their services again and we highly recommend White Trash Services to everyone. Thanks for a GREAT job Scott and Derek!!!

I had service with White Trash for garbage pickup. I had to cancel last week due to the expense of my cancer I had to cut as many bills as I could, and my trash service was one of them. When you live in the country your limited on options for trash pickup. The staff in the office are really the nicest most understanding ppl. When I was on Chemo I wasn't strong enough to move my trash can back , so they do have a temporary program for disabled and seniors for a period of time where the trash can is moved back right at your house. It got me through a difficult time till I was stronger again. If you can afford this service, then it is worth it. Trash is picked up at the same time each week so no surprises, and any problems that arose with the pickup guys, the office ladies handled it immediately. Like when the guys kept throwing my can in the ditch and with my weakened state was not strong enough to get it out. The office manager came to my house personally and got the trash can out of the ditch and to my door. The little things make a difference.
