I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews about this facility, clearly some of the reviewers are ill-informed. White Lakes Center is an absolutely beautiful establishment. Filled with several different packs of stray dogs, WLC is teeming with life. If that's not your fancy, stop on by on a Friday or Saturday night, and be sure to bring your 1993 Honda Civic. WLC is a great place to gather with friends and rev those engines.
If all of these amenities aren't enough to lure you in, WLC also houses Mainline Printing. A great local business, with plenty of parking.response / report this review -

White Lake Center/Mall is completely dead with only a few businesses hanging on. There's really nothing to see here

An old, run down, abandoned mall. The parking lot is garbage. Full of potholes. The only good things about the place are the businesses that aren't actually a part of the mall, itself. For example: Pancho's. Great Mexican food, huge quantities, low prices.

Other than Mainline Printing which owns their building this old mall place is a joke. Could have been used for an indoor sports facility before they let it get filled with water. Was a beautiful example of midcentury mall architecture in the 70's, 80's, however it needs a new developer and a demo.

Fantastic For a vacant shopping center. This place used to be the retail gem to Topekans Now it's a great place to learn how to drive. Ghost town

Miss this place it used to be a really good mall until it went out of business. I used to go here with my mama when she had to get a new title for her car, or went to have fun. Business is out of business now and closed but it's surely missed. :(

This place is dead. There are some venues around it that are open but White Lakes shopping center is no longer openned.

This mall is closed now, but there is still an operating Walgreens with a Redbox at the end of the parking lot.
