DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICE WORK. THEY TAKE OVER AN HOUR FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. They knew full well ahead of time what kind of car I drive and what time I would be here, and yet the technician takes 45 minutes to go off-property to apparently get a filter for my car without anyone giving me the courtesy of a heads up that they were going to take their sweet ass time getting the job done. I did not have that much time to spare for him to lollygag. If I knew he was going to take over an hour, I would have left right away and made an appointment elsewhere for another time. Incredibly unprofessional.

Trevor and Terry we're absolutely amazing! Best experience I've ever had at a dealer. Trevor helped us with every question we threw at him, he was awesome! Terry made paperwork stress free and comfortable. These guys take care of you, and make sure that you are happy with your purchase. They explain everything clearly and are up front and honest! Definitely will be back for any car repairs I may need. I highly recommend Wheel by RT!!! Clean cars, great prices and friendly staff!

Wheels by RT has a great selection of cars and all of their cars are in great condition. I just recently bought a Jeep from them and they were nothing but nice and helpful. Brian helped me get my Jeep for a great price. I would recommend everyone to go check them out if you are looking for a car! You will not be disappointed!!!!

What a great experience! We just bought our 2nd car from Wheels by R.T. and it was another great purchase. We needed a reliable car for our 16 year old daughter and we were not disappointed. We dealt with Rich, Stephanie, and Trevor. They are all so friendly, professional and work hard to make sure you have a great buying experience. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I was shopping around for a newer truck and found the truck I was looking for on the website. I called and talked to Rich about the truck and after that conversation and a couple of emails he had me approved and an appointment set up to get the truck. I came into the dealership and twenty minutes later I was on my way. No last minute changes or surprise add ons. I was able to look over the paperwork and sign it and be on my way. By far the easiest car transaction I have ever been a part of. Thank you Rich and his team!!

We had a very good shopping experience at Wheels By RT. We dealt with Terry Burke and he was very good to deal with. He was very low pressure unlike the big dealerships here in Rockford. There were many low mile cars. They were fair priced and gave us a fair price on our trade in. We will definitely shop there again.
