Salesperson was great. Finance process wasn't bad either. Service was a bit of a hassle. I thought was 5 hour appt, was 8. I has to drive 2 1/2 hours 1 way to get there and had to go right back home. I had to schedule myself a day off and I didn't need it. Was given a loaner vehicle, a Tahoe. Nice vehicle, but I spent over a hundred dollars in gas for the drive up and back. When they gave it to me it was on E. Nobody called me to tell me car was done. When my husband picked it up, it hadn't been cleaned. That's irritating. Brand new car, in the shop for 2 days and it wasn't washed? I'm accustomed to better treatment from dealers local I guess.

Everyone was sincerely friendly and courteous to me. I appreciated the professionalism of the staff and managers. I wasn’t the only customer at the counter at the time, and the staff took care of every customer they had with respect. Frank was nice enough to text me to let me know if I had any questions that’s how I could have gotten a hold of him while my Silverado was being serviced. Awesome people thank you!

Great experience as always. Customer Service was great. I have specialized running boards on my truck that can’t be lifted at the normal dealership shop to do the inspection but they are always understanding and take it across the street to the bigger truck shop. Very grateful for Hallman’s being willing to do this for me because I really like the running boards on my truck.
