The lady kept my credit card when I ordered from the drive-thru. I noticed when I got home- drove back and explained what happened to the manager. The manager asked the lady in question- who immediately said she gave it back to me. I told the manager I did not get it back. Then, the manager gave me my card without any apology. I will never eat here again- starting with the cold meal I was served tonight. PAY CASH HERE.
Usually crowded. If going the drive thru choose the line that doesn't involve the food runner or else you might be there a while. Taquitos are usually very small so order something else if choosing breakfast options. People are nice and know how to manipulate the app.
Grilled chicken melt was one of my favorate one. I like their fries. I used to go during lunch hours so i get fresh crispy fries.
I would give no stars if possible, every single time I come to this place I'm always having to call them back because they forgot something in the bag. One day it's putting sauce on my burger when I asked for no sauce, the next day it's not even getting my fries for the 3rd time that week. Then I buy a cinnamon roll for the first time and didn't even get that. Just went back up there to get food and to get the cinnamon roll they owed me got home, and what do you know they forgot my fries. Unfortunately it's the only one around me and I dread having to come here every single time. Most of the people at the drive thru even get rude attitudes when I'm telling them I talked to the manager to get whatever it is they owe me. Please whoever is the manager or owner of that store do something. Whataburger is supposed to be a place of consistency and that it is not.
The woman who took our order wasn't very interested in helping us. She didn't listen. She didn't repeat our order back and when we got home our order was wrong. We asked for "no onions" and both burgers had onions. No napkins, no ketchup, Terrible experience. I probably won't eat at that Whataburger for a while. It was a bad experience. I love Whataburger so it was really disappointing.
We don't have this fast food restaurant out here in California but the food was great!
Slow service. Employees rush your order when you aren't done ordering. Half the time, you can't understand their accent in the drivethrough. Overall slow. The food is good though.
They screwed up our order. Do not go to any location. All they do is lie about calling back on issues and laugh at the customer, especially when a manager is involved. Its at multiple locations. These people are the worse and hire incompetent employees and they dont give a concern about customer satisfaction.
This particular store is pretty much a crapshoot as to whether you'll get your order correct or not you will definitely wait for it this is a training store so a lot of employees here windup going to other stores you're constantly meeting new people they're learning so you know what you're in for it's a training environment so you have to have a lot of patience the stores in my rotation but I don't make a habit of going there because the problems exceed the success. And you just get tired of having to go back and go back and go back to get things fixed. With that said the management always makes it right and goes above and beyond to correct the problem , so I have to give them that. It is the Whataburger way
Update: pulled up to drive through on second Lane. Sat there for 10 minutes. Other cars were giving their orders in the other lane. I had to actually call the location and ask for the manager. He claims he was the manager, Luis and then came out and said he'd take my order. He said that that lane hadn't been working. I told him they needed to block off the lane. But that isn't true because I heard people talking over the mic while I sat at the second Lane waiting to ask what I'd like to order. I don't believe this kid was or is a manager. Very non customer service oriented.
Update 3/3/17 Friday. Sat in line for 10 minutes, had both lanes open and the other side moved. I left and went to taco Bell because there line was moving. I hadn't even gotten to the speaker yet.
Ido like the food for the most part but it apparently depends upon who's working. Tonight I began asking for my drinks again with no ice again because the cup had basically just ice and no soda/drink. Tonight i wait in line, before I drive off I check to make sure everything is in the bag. Like usual it's missing silverware for the biscuits and gravy. So I wait and ask for some. She looks at me with a disgusted looking expression and then walks off. She came back with silverware she'd had her hands all over them. The picture below is the silverware. She handed them to me while holding the part you put in your mouth. Well thank you for that.
I think some people have bad days. Some people are always having a bad day. If you're not happy with your life. Change it. You can.
When I ask for the sauce tray, just get it to me and don't be a jerk like you have no idea what I'm asking about. What the crap!?
Oh, and I'll add since we just now got to eat at the ER with my family. The grilled chicken sandwiches we got weren't done... yeah!
Really hit or miss with this location. Today will make the tenth time I've had to get out of my car to have my order corrected. Truly upsetting when this kind of service comes from your favorite burger joint.
Always great food and served pretty quickly considering it's always busy
Went to this location to eat breakfast when I entered the store there were no customers and the employees were just staring at me I waited 5 minutes for them to finally ask me if I needed help. I ordered the Breakfast Platter. When I got my food it tasted like it's been sitting there all night. Eggs were cold hash browns were hard as a rock. I never had a bad experience with Whataburger until now. I went up front to ask them if they would remake my food and when I told them what was wrong with it the lady was very rude. I had to get to work so I just ask for my money back. The night manager Miss Kay was very rude she didn't apologize or anything. I will never go back to this location ever again. And somebody needs to have a talk with the night manager Miss Kay she is very unprofessional and very rude.
