I rented a jet ski for 2 hours :: we thought it would be fun seeing that others had jet skis out on the beach in front of the condos we were staying in, well when we go to rent the jet ski the guy instructed on how to handle the mechanics, turn on / off etc.. not once did he tell us where we could and couldn't take it; he did however mention to turn it off if we get within 5 feet of land to switch out riders. Well here we are trading out riders and a police officer threatens to fine us for bringing the jetski out to the beach. We returned the ski back an hour early and the dude says his dock guy had to have taken us to the "map" as part of orientation to tell us where we could not
take the ski. NO HE DID NOT TAKE US TO THE MAP!! I don't care that you've been doing this for 10+ years make sure your employees are giving all the information they are supposed to give!! Stop trying to make a buck off of tourist that don't know your laws!response / report this review -

My wife and I rented a pontoon and wave runner for four hours. Because of the low price I expected older equipment. That was NOT the case! The boat and wave runner were both brand new!
We had an absolute blast!
The wave runner was VERY fast and the pontoon nice, roomy and comfortable.
The staff was great! They helped us carry our things from the car and had us on the water in minutes!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We rented a Pontoon at this location and had such a blast with our family of fourteen. The staff were understanding when we came in one hour late, even if a fee was associated with our tardiness we still had such a blast it was worth every dollar. We will be coming back again!

Plenty of other pontoon rentals around that have a better fleet. For $450 I was given a boat with what looked like old school bus seats and a plastic drivers chair. When I asked for another boat I was given one not much better. Ripped seats, no radio, chewed up prop, no fenders, no mooring lines, anode ready to fall off the engine, steering column totally loose. The whole fleet looks like this, unmaintained. The answer given when I asked why it was in this condition- salt water. That's a convenient answer if I was from Iowa. I have a salt water boat, but I maintain mine. Rinse it down. Oh and all boats are governed to around ten knots so don't worry about requesting that bigger engine ( and certainly don't pay extra for it ) you can't get up on plane anyways.

BEWARE of purchasing pictures! Let me start by saying we did feel safe with the boat captain and enjoyed the experience. But don't waste your money on their pictures. They were definitely not worth what we spent! It was advertised by the crew member taking pics that there would be lots of pictures and we would be able to see faces. Very few pictures, not close up, and very dark. We had two flights and the first flight only had 4 pictures total and they are so dark you can't make out anything other than black blobs!!!! I had planned to take pictures myself but was told they would have to do it for a price. An iPhone would have taken better pictures. Not to mention how disappointing that now we are out of pocket for photos that are not worth $.02! While on the boat we heard the crew discussing another persons complaint and they blasted them saying they probably deleted the pictures from the SD card just to get their money back. I didn't have my laptop with us to check our pictures or I would have complained and taken the SD card back for a refund as well.

Horrible place. We paid in advance, had an appointment. They called 15 mins before the appointment claiming that it was "too windy". Other boats were out with parasails. There was zero wind visible. Would never recommend. Avoid like the plaguewe planned our whole day around this and it ruined our day.

Please don't waste your vacation time with these people. Made a reservation for parasailing at 10am for 1:30pm was told to come at 1pm. Guess what at 12:59 when we were 2 blocks away (drove from Miramar Beach) we received a phone call stating they are over booked and our party is out of the board for this trip. But they can reschedule us for tomorrow or we can rent jet ski since we are on the way. I did not ask for tomorrow tour or jet ski. Thank you for wasting my time.

THIS WAS AMAZING!!!! We had so much fun!!! The staff on the boat took the time to explain everything to us & took care of all of our questions. They took AMAZING pictures & gave us the disc so we could have them.
After we were done parasailing they saw some Dolphins, so they drove the boat over to the Dolphins to let us see them too.

Brock was fantastic and very patient with our large group of 10. We got the pontoon and jet ski package and it was worth every penny!!! Katy helped us with planning for the next trip. We love this place. My one advice: arrive at least 30 minutes early to do paperwork and safety instructions so you get out on the water for the full time. :)

Would highly recommend!!! The staff is wonderful and friendly. The guys for parasailing were amazing. My brother got married and him and some of the bridal party went the day before the rest of us. They were super nice and treated you like a friend. GO HERE!!!! We rented a pontoon boat then the next day and had a blast spending the whole day on the ocean. Yes! Yes! Yes!!!!
