Two time subscriber. Their site is nice, but you can do just as well on other sites. One star because I needed to talk with customer support, was directed to the current members department of their phone system and have been on hold for 40 minutes listening to the same recording. No urgency to answer. UPDATE: I stayed on hold until they closed. A total of 1 hour and 25 minutes of pure hold time. No answer. Same recording talking about how they're "available" by phone 7 days a week from 8-5 pm and have been featured in Wall Street Journal, L.A. Times and Accredited with BBB - I guess when they're that awesome, they don't need to answer your calls. Hope they reach out to me and make this right.

Called them up after I signed up to ask if someone could help to find a place, after driving an hour to get there, as they told me to go to a location to get better help, a young girl who really showed not to care at all, told me to look online!!! No wonder she didn't care I already paid the fee I'll give two stars instead of one because there are some good listing on the website but don't expect to get costumer service

We did not go into this office, but we signed up for the online service. It was very helpful and we found our place through it. There were a lot of options to choose from. The app and user interface could have been better. We came from Chicago, but now that we live here, we realize we could have just walked up and down the streets of our desired neighborhood and looked for WSR signs. The signs get you in touch with the landlords without having to have a subscription on the site. We'll keep that in mind when we need to move again.
