Based on the inaccurate description and pictures we rented this unit in Jan 2013. Please research that AE Hospitality has units that have been available for years but the reviews are all new. Zero reviews should have been enough warning. This Garth rental is in an area I deemed unsafe, use google street view and you will get an idea of the condition and location of this rental. AE Hospitality says the building is under construction but the rental is deplorable, unsafe, and boarded up as of Jan 2013. The rental key was not available at the agreed upon time. There was a homeless person on the front lawn blocking our entrance to the property and human feces in the entryway. We called AE Hospitality several times and their response was angry and threatening each time, no resolution offered. There has to be a better unit, keep looking.
