I have to say this review carries great meaning for me. So, when given the opportunity to present one, I Feal more than privileged to be able to help anther out there the way I was the day I was referred to Westerville Dermatology. It is of my opinion that you would find it quite difficult to find a better facility, staffed with the most caring and professional team of dermatological excellence! I have the pleasure of witnessing in all its meaning. In all sincerity I can guaranty you this also that they will do their best to help you with whatever your need may be.

First time visit. Very pleased with how I was treated and glad that I was examined in person.
Dr. Grosshandler was very specific on the issues I presented, and gave a clear scope of how I could treat and manage them. I liked that he was straightforward with me. Jan and Genna were both professional and made certain I was welcomed. Genna went through my instructions and gave me great notes on how to proceed. Everyone was very professional but very kind and made me feel calm, especially with this being my first time there.response / report this review -

As always, my experience at Westerville Dermatology was comfortable, efficient, and thorough. The staff was friendly and professional and I waited less than 5 minutes before being taken back for the procedure. Once the procedure was finished, I was able to leave quickly as well. I have been going to Westerville Dermatology for probably 8 or more years and I have always had a positive experience.

Everyone that I ever encounter at Westerville dermatology is always nice, friendly, and reassuring. Dr. Gross handler is wonderful. Always explains what is going on and is someone I trust with my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone that asks.

Dr. Grosshandler at Westerville Dermatology does great work! He spent a lot of time with me as the patient to understand the issues I was having. He is very detailed in his explanation of possible treatments and helped me make the right decision for my goals and budget. Very friendly staff and environment.

I had an appointment for this week that I had scheduled over a month ago but I had to cancel due to an urgent conflict. I called back to reschedule and they told me they aren’t scheduling appointments for new patients until January 2018. It is November 1 so that is two months away!!! If they have that little care about me my needs as a new patient now, how could I expect them to care about me once I’m not a “new” patient. Good thing they have so many current patients that they can be turning away new patients because they just lost me as a future customer and earned themselves a bad review. There are hundreds of other dermatologists in Columbus and based on this experience I would recommend finding a different one. Bad customer service isn’t something that needs to be tolerated when we pay huge money for healthcare.

Dr. Lin and her staff have been professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate during my treatment. My rapid progress has been the result of her effective and cost-saving recommendations, and I appreciate her ability to listen to my concerns thoroughly during each visit. I'm so thankful for Westerville Dermatology!

Although I had an annual appointment in a month, I needed seen sooner because of a bout with poison ivy. The office scheduler quickly responded to get me to see a doctor and complete the routine body scan in two days. She also managed to get me to see Dr. Grosshandler since my original doctor was out of the office. Dr. G was most engaging, excellent listening and did a great job of explaining treatment and expected results. Needless, to say, it was a great experience.

I had my first experience at Aderma yesterfay for microdermabrasion and it was fabulous, my skin feels so fantastic. It's very smooth and glowy. Staff was sooooo friendly.

they made me waste money to do 3 blood tests for the Absorica prescription but they never called me nor send me a prescription. I have been waiting for this since April and I'm still waiting for that prescription. I called them several times and left a voice mail to Kara but she never returned my calls. It would be better if they had told me that they don't want to see me in their clinic instead of making me do all the test without following up.

I have been a patient for 7 years and I am very pleased with the services I have received. They have always made me feel comfortable and I can ask any questions. Tamara is great! I am moving and I am so sad I have to find a new dermatologist. I highly recommend Westerville Dermatology.
