I have had a few boots resoled here without incidence but recently had a bad experience. I needed a zipper put on a boot and provided the zipper. The service took two months to hear back and only then by nagging. They wouldn't give an estimate of the cost, but were always reasonable when resoling shoes. When this boot did come back the price for replacing the zipper was more than the cost of the boots! Sue claimed no responsibility for the service I was buying through her store. We're very price conscious and would not generally recommend this aspect of their business. Horsemanship necessities are better priced here than anything you'll find online, their tack is of good quality, but I would suggest limiting your business with them to what you can see.

Friendly staff helped me find a great sturdy leather belt to replace an old department store belt. Lots of boots, hats, clothes, and many other things.
