After each test, everything was carefully explained to me. I learned a lot and now have an understanding of what those results mean. Also, when I made the appt. and they asked whether I have insurance coverage I stated that I did not. They inquired as to which providers I had and informed me that my supplementary insurer actually does cover eye care, a courtesy I wish my previous optometrist had provided.

I have visited several eye doctors since I was a child and this is the first one that has actually helped me. I have seen both Dr Mann's and this past time I got to see Dr Poling. I loved how Dr Poling is slow and easy going! He really took time to explain things. He also sat with me while I waited on the optician and carried on casual conversation so my wait wouldn't be so long. I've liked everyone I have seen here but I'm pretty bummed Dr Poling just fills in LOL! I had to get two pairs of glasses this past visit and the optician was VERY helpful in helping me find something I liked and something affordable for me. I have even returned to have them adjusted and they were happy to do it! This is an excellent facility!

I only trust my family's vision care to Drs. Scott and Becky Mann. Their expertise and state of the art equipment found warning signs of a high cholesterol level. My medical doctor was able to confirm and treat this dangerous condition.

I had cataracts removed from both eyes.If you need to have this operation done, I highly recommend that you go to Invision. I have my yearly eye exam done there, and they do a thorough job. I highly recommend them to anyone needing glasses.

My son was having trouble with his new contacts but lives out of town. Invision worked him in on a day he was home, and instead of just giving him new contacts Dr. Becky redid his whole eye exam just to be sure it was the contacts that were the problem, not a change in his eyes (it was a bad batch of contacts). They shipped him new contacts at his out of town address. Problem solved in a thorough and professional manner.

Stopped in from out of town and was helped and on my way within 30 minutes. Courtney was absolutely amazing and a true asset to the office staff. Couldn't have been helped any more than I was. They definitely went above and beyond

Invision's Drs. Mann are always friendly, professional and use the latest technology to check their client's eyes. The staff is also always friendly and professional. The office space is beautiful, with lots of sunshine coming through the wall of windows. I have been completely satisfied with the eyeglasses that have been prescribed for me. My visions is always improved with the new prescription. The choice of frames is enormous. I recommend Invision to my friends. Thank you!

Have been to Dr. Scott Mann twice and each time he's been incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and patient with me and my questions. Would recommend him highly to anyone looking for an optometrist. I haven't personally seen Dr. Becky Mann but I've heard just as many wonderful things about her.

Had an emergency and was a first time patient because my old eye doctor couldn't see me for two weeks. This couldn't wait two days. Wonderful care, extremely friendly staff as well as the doctor. Also so caring and considerate of my discomfort. I highly recommend invision for all they've done for me. Best care I've ever had at an eye clinic by far.
