The staff and residents of the WRMC make my mom feel incredibly welcome. Nurses, therapists and aides in the rehab area helped Mom to gain the strength and confidence she needed to move from rehab to her bright and beautiful independent living apartment. Our family credits Sales Manager, Melissa Todd, for ensuring Mom’s transition was smooth from an administrative standpoint. Member Experience Director, Michelle Whittaker, met personally with Mom to share all that is available to enhance her personal and social wellbeing. Companionship and delicious food in the dining room are a highlight of each evening. Cheerful and bright residents reach out constantly to Mom, making her feel a part of the community. Mom’s five children are grateful to the staff and residents of the WRMC for their genuine compassion and care.

We moved my mother in to critical care from the hospital and then into independent care post rehab last week. Every single employee we interacted with was professional and warm. The residents were welcoming to my mother and had nothing but positive things to say about their life there. We are so grateful !

Wonderful Campus and Excellent Staff. They have all the different levels of care from Independent Living to Short-term Rehabilitation and Long-term Care. A true one-stop shop in the center of Medina if you are looking for your loved one.

My mom and dad moved in several years ago and i continue to be impressed with the beautiful grounds and the professionals who are providing the services at WRMC.
My parents lived together in independent living until my mom passed away. They were active participants in daily events and planned outings to the store, restaurants and even theatre shows in Cleveland. My father found years of joy through participation in the Reader's theatre. He wrote skits and enjoyed the fun of being in numerous performances there.
Recently i attended a Christmas Open House for the residents and their families. The array of appetizers, food stations and the dessert room was phenomenal. Never would i have expected fresh shrimp cocktail and assorted wines, beer and eggnog at a Senior living Christmas party!
The meals in the dining room are consistently good. Each night residents order from selections on a menu and are served as if they are eating at a restaurant. Apartments are updated and the apartment kitchen has every modern convenience and beautiful cabinetry.
I am grateful for the continuity of care from independent living to assisted living, memory care and skilled care offered in this facility. We are grateful that my father has such a lovely place to live.
