Dr. Cook and team are the best of the best! Our boys’ smiles look amazing. We receive the highest quality care, the office runs on time, and the entire practice is pure class. Couldn’t give any higher recommendation!
Dr. Cook and all of the staff at Cook Orthodontics are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My entire family has been treated there and we love our amazing smiles! In my opinion, there is no other orthodontic practice in the area that compares.
Dr. Cooks entire office staff was incredible to work with, from the initial phone call to schedule appointment to the treatment phase, and same day high tech scans to begin ortho process was phenomenal! Highly recommend Cooks Orthodontics of Dublin for any orthodontic needs!
Thank you for the care given to my daughter as she was nervous coming in initially, but left with a huge smile on her face!
Dr. Cook and the entire staff are amazing. He’s treated myself and several other family members and our results couldn’t be any more perfect! From the over all talent of the staff and Dr. Cook to the aesthetics of the office, it all is truly a great experience.
I cannot express my distaste enough w/this practice. I personally received orthodontic treatment from Dr. Hutta in my early teen years, & then went back to the practice which at that time was ran by both Dr. Hutta and Dr. Cook when I was an adult. Personally, I received great care; therefore, I decided this is where I would take both of my children for their orthodontic services. I'm also of the mindset that higher prices generally equate to higher quality (although I know that's not always the case), & with that notion in mind I felt that the higher prices they charge for care in comparison to other orthodontic practices was going to be justified in their level of treatment. I have been completely proven wrong. My daughter started her phase 2 on 5/27/21 with an estimate that she would have her braces removed in 9/22. We have attended 7 normally scheduled appointments for this treatment along with 7 "emergency" (3 of those were because of "wire pokes" which aren't uncommon--although I do feel that is high number in a 10 month span, 1 was because a wire was pushing out on her cheek, 1 because a bracket came off, 1 because a wire broke, 1 because the wire completely came out of the brackets, & at one appt we had a secondary issue of a bracket was coming apart). Additionally, there have been 2 occasions where 1 of the 2 fake teeth (my daughter is congenitally missing her upper lateral teeth) they used for my daughter was so loose that it came down & was well below the rest of her teeth. The explanation I was given both times was that my daughter was likely biting into something so it was her fault the teeth were coming out. Each time I was told they would secure these teeth better. Not only was the place of blame on my daughter inaccurate (she fiercely makes sure she doesn't use these teeth), the lack of accountability on behalf of the service provided was incomprehensible. My question was if you could have made these more secure, why would that not have been done in the first place? To add insult to injury, I politely mentioned at one of the problem appointments that the service was taking longer than expected, & I was told that she could be scheduled every 4 weeks instead of every 8 weeks so that we could make the process move more quickly. My thought is that should have been offered in the first place. When I not so politely complained about this along with the lack of quality in the service to the office manager (Barb), I was told they generally don't make this offer because moving teeth more quickly can hurt the patient's mouth. My response was that all of these problems she's having are hurting her mouth (she's had the insides of her checks completely scrapped up and bleeding because of all of the problems resulting from their services) already, which was essentially met with a head nod and lack of accountability. At her most recent visit, her treatment time was extended an estimated 6-8 months. We're so far along into her treatment & its costs that now we're stuck at the practice for the continuation of her care. I'm not looking to rush care, I am however looking for quality care & the extended time is just an additional frustration. To say I am disappointed in this practice is an understatement. I feel like we've been paying Nordstrom prices (they are higher than many other practices) for Big Lots service. The office is beautiful & for the most part, the staff is friendly. Aside from that, I wouldn't recommend taking a dog here for treatment. The quality isn't there & the price is not in alignment with the services received.
