I am so grateful to have such a caring facility to rely on! I am currently a college student a few hours away from Danville Family Dental, so when I had a dental emergency, there were not many opportunities for me to come. As soon as I reached out, I was answered immediately and an appointment was scheduled on the exact date that I needed it! The faculty truly cares about the customers and providing great service!

My son is seen in the office for all his dental needs including his braces. The orthodontist keeps me informed every step of the way and always answers my questions and explains if needed. All of the staff is amazing!!

This practice is the best by far! All the staff are so professional and so nice and treat you like family! Just now left from an extraction and barely felt the Novocain and the extraction itself, versus other extractions where I barely got through! I recommend Dr. Lerg and DFD to all I know! The office dog is an added bonus!!!

Danville Family Dental is a place I would go simply to observe the interactions of staff with each other and those they serve in their practice. It is obvious that the practice is shaped by a well defined systems and processes which drive the excellent care provided from the initial contact for an appointment to the completion of a procedure and a clear understanding of the billing process. All along the way, the person centered commitment of Danville Family Dental is experienced.

You are much more than an impersonal mouth to open as a means to perform a procedure. You are important and that is evident by the time taken to make you aware of what is being done in your mouth, why it is necessary and choices you have in a procedural pathway.
