About 1.5 hrs loading time. Not bad for a Paper Mill.

Should be against the law for them to make you wait in a waiting room for hours just to be called to the dock . I can only assume its because they are too lazy to take your phone number and call you when dock is ready . Or maybe they just don't have any regards for a truck driver . I could have been resting in my truck instead . Hate the place and hope i never have to come back !!!

Makes packaging products and, unusually for the Tom-Big, ships out by truck or train rather than by barge.

Fast in and out, but the trlr was pre loaded. Great security guard with a good attitude!

Either we came at a really good time or they've actually started doing things faster. In and out of here within an hour.
