I've been using Oakcrest Pet Hospital for 10 yrs and there is no other vet I would use, even when we moved 45 minutes away I still bring my pets there. The vets and vet techs are knowledgeable. The receptionist are helpful and friendly. These individuals truly care about their patients and I truly trust them and their diagnosis of my pets.

I always feared the day that my old Pitbull would have to leave this world to go to doggy heaven. I called at 6:30 at night letting them know what was going on, and all of the staff came in early for us. My eyes were full of tears as I came in carrying my best friend of many years. Every single staff person was so sweet, and comforting. I will forever be a customer at Oakcrest because of this. No one will ever care for a customer and there animal like Oakcrest.

I rescued a dog from the Kansas Humane Society and Oakcrest was one of the partner pet hospitals on their paperwork. My daughter had a very sick kitten and she received excellent care and treatment through Oakcrest. She said I should give them a try. She also said that our family vet from years ago is at Oakcrest and I would be happy with the team.
The day I made an appointment to get treatment for my new friend, the computer system was experiencing problems and the usual day to day routine was not working. Everyone at Oakcrest was pleasant, professional, helpful and caring. Even though the routine was disrupted and nothing was as it should be, I could see the team dynamic and the care given my furry friend even when things were not going smoothly. The team was writing things down to transfer them to their usual paperless system and I received a follow-up call the next day to check on the progress of my dog. I will be taking my family pets to Oakcrest.

The veterinarians and staff at Oakcrest have been wonderful to us and our pets. From helping us through the process of having a pet in kidney failure and having to put him to sleep, to surgeries and normal routine office visits for shots, they have been caring, compassionate and able to answer all of our questions. After having a previous care at another vet office, I wouldn't go anywhere but Oakcrest now. I am thankful that they were recommended to us and I would recommend them to anyone who genuinely cares for their pet's health and happiness.

We moved to Wichita in 2014 from western Kansas and found Oakest Pet Hospital. Our dog was twelve years old. The doctors and staff always treated Squirt like she was their own dog. Due to the
Excellent care they gave her we had her for 15yrs and 5months which is old for a dog of her bred. The kindness they showed us and Squirt even through the last days and beyond touched us deeply. You will not find a more caring clinic anywhere. Noel and Jeri Taylor

We have gone to Oakcrest for both our dog's entire lives. They have always been exceptional! Whether during healthy times or sickness, our dogs have had the best possible, trustworthy care. We have gone to both Dr. Rafferty and Dr. Bruner, and they pay special attention to the dogs, creating a bond with them to make the experience less scary. Our dogs actually like their vet visits and are excited about going!
