Always a bit crowded but obviously that's to be expected. Most of the people that work there are very pleasant and willing to help. If you don't like social spaces and crying babies every so often I suggest shopping online. If your patient and enjoy the sound of a hundred conversations all at once, You will enjoy West Town Mall.

The best mall in Knoxville. All on one level and spread out. Good food court and even has a Cheesecake Factory. Has pretty much anything you are looking for.

A one stop shop for just about anything and everything you could possibly want from a huge Mall, hundreds of different stores inside. A regal Cinema which is top notch, a food court with around 25 different types of food, unfortunately there is not a Macy's in this mail which seems to be a popular question. But this is a very clean mall for every day shopping, or even if you are looking for employment. Very safe parking with plenty of law enforcement outside to protect the hundreds if not more vehicles. Conveniently located on Kingston Pike using the west hills exit coming off the interstate.

A fairly big mall with a fairly wide selection of selection of stores. It is clean and you are almost always guaranteed to find parking. It also has interesting, more niche stores like CM Games (which I highly recommend stopping by if you have the slightest interest in card, tabletop, or video games. They also host events). However, the clothing stores outnumber all the other kinds put together, and it can get a but tight to walk through the mall during busy hours. Still a good place to go see a movie, go shopping, or just hang out if you don't mind crowds.

The one and only remaining shopping mall in Knoxville. Sadly, shopping malls are becoming a thing of the past all over the country. Some of my favorite memories involved shopping at our local malls.

West Town Mall is located right off Interstate 40. They have several high-end stores as well as the basic Claire's boutique to Old Navy and of course a food court. It also has a Regal Multiplex movie theater.

FYIRegal Movie Theater's corporate offices are located here in Knoxville. ☺

They provide plenty of free parking outside as well as a multi level parking garage also free. Both are patrolled by Mall security and our local City police.

With so many abandoned malls across our country West Town Mall continues to thrive. In spite of Amazon LOL! Not a dig at Amazon. I ♥Amazon.

Take time to explore the wide variety of stores, enjoy something tasty in the food court and create new memories while soaking up the atmosphere. Or do you like I do, make a mad dash through all the stores and see how much money you can spend😉.

West Town has all your shopping needs and some delicious places to get your eat on. Shop while waiting for your movie and make sure you experience the awesome Regal theater here!
FYI, when watching a movie that will end after closing time make sure to park in the well lit parking garage behind belk, otherwise you’ll have to walk all around the mall like we did 😂

The mall is super clean, huge, and plenty selections. Biggest feedback when you go the movies park in the garage rather than the lots as the mall interior closes at night. otherwise it's a good go to place.

This mall has a better selection than East Town Mall. There's so much more to do including a better movie theater & an arcade next to it! The food court has every cuisine you could ask for every diet.

This is the only mall I been to from Michigan to here that has its own free parking structure. So nice to keep out of the rain. Gotta remember that the theater is on the 3rd floor next time.

New to the area, so it was my first visit. I was very impressed. Full of a huge variety of shops. Very nice inside and outside. Parking lot kept clean and trash free. Coming from a smaller town, my daughter was impressed by a two story Sears. Loved the Best Buy Mobile store. Merchant's are welcoming. We will be back.

Not long ago I heard a news story that talked about how malls such as West Town we're going under and all I can say is that is not the case with this mall because there were plenty of people and plenty of stores and it is a fantastic building with great amenities. About the only problem that I have with it is that there is only one restroom in the public that I know of in the whole entire place and I had to walk what seemed like forever to get to it. Other than that it's a great place to bring family or friends or to go shopping for whatever you want for yourself.

Went into Charming Charlie's, Pottery Barn & Williams, Sonoma! They're having Summer Sales! Pretty Good! But soon, we passed the "Cheap Perfume Sales" in a kiosk sitting in the middle of the Mall and the smell was so strong it gave me a Migraine! The mixture of everything they sell, together, was just nauseating!! Awful! So we both left the Mall! I don't know why these ppl are allowed to spray all that stuff around until you can't even breathe!! ENOUGH! We might have spent a few hundred $$$ more, but instead we left!! We'll spend our money elsewhere!!

It's a nice mall. But they put too many of the same businesses close together. It's not a big mall and has about 5 cell phone repair kiosks and stores.

It's clean and has a fountain with bridge which the kids love. They have an indoor play ground which is awesome and a train that the kids and I got to ride on free. This place is great for kids.
