Easy to get lost with no map to find your way around. It's a huge place so don't leave your pack if you go shopping with others. Unless of course you know your way around. The Disney store employees were no help to me when I was trying to tell my husband where we were. They really need to put maps around.

We found some wonderful deals on some things our family had been needing for some time. The shopping atmosphere was pleasant. The staff members in the stores were incredibly kind and hospitable. The parking was a bit hairy at times, but the walking areas seemed safe for even little kids. There is food available in the outlet walking area, but I encourage you to go elsewhere for a bite.

Really enjoyed this Tanger Outlet! We were on vacation in late October and the Fall Decor on the grounds throughout the outlet was OUTSTANDING! It gave such a welcoming and festive feeling.
The office staff were very friendly and helpful, providing all the information we needed.
Every store we visited was a positive experience as the staff interacted with us in such a friendly way making our visit fun.response / report this review -

One of the best outlet malls left. No retail apocalypse here. Could not find an empty store. Only issue here is parking during busy times. We visited 22 stores over 2 days and did not have a bad experience.

Tanger Outlets in Sevierville is the best! I recently was on vacation in Florida and found a great sale at a retailer at an outlet mall there, but unfortunately they didn't have the right size. Since this deal was not available online, I found out the retailer's closest store to me was at Tanger, so I contacted them and verified they had exactly what I was looking for and then called the Outlet Office and utilized their Personal Shopper program. I was assisted by Heather and she did an excellent job taking care of me. Without having to drive in from Nashville, I was able to still get the retailer's great deal. This was a VERY EASY process and I will definitely utilize it again. We always visit Tanger Outlets when we travel to the Smokies and I have been on their email list for years to get the latest info in upcoming sales and promotions. This latest experience just proves why Tanger Outlets is the BEST!

This is a great place to relax and do some shopping. If you go in the right store you can get great deals. Not every store has outlet prices, so be aware as you shop. It would also be better if there were more eating options.

The outlet is a very nice big place to shop. That?s about it. Not all places have "outlet' prices. There is only 1 just 1 shop for tools. The rest is pretty much clothing shops mostly for women I'm not sure why these outlet malls and strip malls that want customers to come in don't have places for some men to shop. What they need is more stores, they need auto accessory stores, and they need hobby shops , hunting shops places like that in these malls or outlets,for the men to go to while their wives or girlfriends or the women go shop the men need other places to shop other than just for clothes and shoes.

Not only does this outlet mall have many of the popular name brand stores, but also they have excellent bargains. I was shopping during their Columbus Day sale during the month of October, so all of the stores had bargains. In addition, this mall was being very civic minded by having breast cancer awareness deals. By purchasing a $10 card, I was able to use this in many of the stores for a 25% discount. It more than paid for itself. I have a large portion of my Christmas shopping done now!

My husband and I love Tanger Outlet in Sevierville. The shops are wonderful and are filled with great and helpful people. We enjoy a round of mini-golf in between shopping, and it is always fun to eat at Chop House or Joe's or get a tasty treat at Ben and Jerry's. We really enjoy one-stop shopping at Tanger; we can always find something for everyone on our list. Walking outdoors from shop to shop is great exercise, the prices are right, the Tanger reward system is awesome, and there are always deals and extra perks to be found at Tanger.

Enjoy this pedestrian friendly area. Stores seem to be more permanent now not so many changes. Some excellent restaurants. Enjoy the green market in Spring/summer and ice skating in winter. There is usually 1 or 2 special events each month. Dogs on leashes welcome.

We had a great time! Banana Republic had a awesome sale and great service!! Also Aeropostale had great prices. My son has grown so much in the last 6 months. They had a sale on shorts for men buy one get two free! This made the shorts 14.00 each which was perfect for our budget! We had a great experience 🙂

3 stars for the diversity of stores to shop at. Great food options for snacking or meals. The biggest issue is parking and because it is in a tourist destination some stores seem to be seasonal. Wish they had more parking with easier entry and exit back to the parkway. They do have several restrooms and always clean.

Has every store you could ever need. My favorite place to go shopping. But it is usually crowded and hard to find a parking spot during the day. But most stores always have sales. And you can get a discount book from the office to save even more. Excellent place to buy any age Christmas or birthday presents. Or just to do a little retail therapy for yourself. I love it.
