Great Vets, Great Staff, and Great prices. There first come first serve which can be a tough long wait sometimes and other times very quickly. I've been to veterinarian clinics all around Indy and this place by far is the best ive been too.

So nice and professional. Moved as quickly as they could to get everyone handled. They are doing great good making it affordable for people to care for there animals. I hope they get to get a bigger place and more help in the future. They deserve it.

My best friend had one large mass hanging from his eyebrow and a large lump in his groin area. Both were removed for a fraction of the price we would've paid elsewhere and he is healing wonderfully. I can't speak highly enough of the wonderful vet. Be prepared to wait on a Saturday for a regular walk-in, though, but it's so worth it. Friendly staff, professional vets and techs, you name it.

Love this place. Dr Johnson is the best in my opinion. VERY reasonably priced, he doesn't beat around the bush and is honest with you. Even suggested that I go to another vet (Bean Blossom) when he couldn't the surgery himself (Love bean blossom too by the way for surgery and big medical deals)

Busy place but the service is great. Saturday is very busy so if you can go another day I would do that. Parking lot is kinda small and seating is limited. Staff is professional and I will go back for the very reasonable fees. I would recommend but be prepared to wait.

My dog was in need of hip surgery. I will never EVER go back. The staff is unprofessional & incompetent. 1st they had me drive my dog (who's in pain) to their facility on his surgery day, only for them to say that they needed to reschedule because the doc called in. Didn't even call to tell me. 2nd I go back on the rescheduled day only to have to wait outside for an hour because the person who opens was late. 3rd I go to get my dog @ 3:30,like I was told, for therm to say it'll be another 3 hours. I don't understand how they didn't think to call & communicate with me on how his surgery went or to tell me that it'll be longer or answer the phone one of the twenty times I called to check on him. In conclusion I hated the staff. They have NO type of professionalism & will NEVER return & if anyone asks me about a vet I'll share my experience & discourage them from doing so.

Dr Johnson is so kind and thorough. My dog has some odd issues and Dr Johnson was so helpful and determined to figure it out. Not to mention they have fantastic pricing! The reason I docked one star is because of the lady at the front seat being insensitive and insanely rude! Last visit I was told she got removed from front desk. Glad to know it wasn't just me

Dr. Johnson and the vet tech, Leah, deserve 5 stars. The rest, do not. I have been seeing this vet for 5 years now. They have seen 7 of my animals. They helped me through a difficult time with a senior cat. Leah was very professional and kind every time I saw her. Dr. Johnson has always been thorough and has never once talked down to me. I have seen many of the other vets at this office and now I will only go when I am sure that Dr. Johnson is there. The other vets talk down to me and when I begin to say something they cut me off. The front desk staff can be very rude and condescending. I will continue to go when Dr. johnson is there, but only when he is there.

The prices are way more reasonable than anywhere else, the staff is patient and have an obvious love for animals, they're incredibly efficient despite an almost constant high demand.

So happy with our first visit to Michigan Street Clinic. There is a wait time, but once I went back I understood why! We were taken to a room and seen by the vets assistant. He was very thorough, the room was clean, and we were visited by the actual vet too for a full exam of our pups. They reccomended shots and treatments that our pets needed, nothing more. They truly care about the animals that go through there! I was most impressed with the actual vet experience as I usually visit Face Animal Clinic and it's very rushed. We will be back for all of our pets needs!

This is my go-to clinic. They have the cheapest prices around & the staff always provide excellent service. It is definitely worth the wait.

This clinic is very helpful. My feline friends have been getting their vaccinations and flea/tick treatment from this facility for at least the last three years. The facility has a spacious waiting area so that the animals are never too close to each other if they begin to get a bit anxious or feisty. The service is very quick after the initial waiting time. Sometimes I can be in and out in less than thirty minutes, other times it takes a couple hours; but this is to be expected during designated walk-in hours when it's "first come first serve". I will continue to use West Michigan Street Veterinary Clinic for my pets, and if there is an issue they can't resolve, I trust that they will point me in the right direction of another facility that can.

Extremely pleased with my interactions and treatment for my kitty. We were seen and diagnosed quickly. Surgery was scheduled reasonable quick. They did a great job taking cyst off kitty and gave good instructions on home care. I did not have to wait long when I took her back to remove stitches. My kitty feels so much better now! Thank you staff and doctors!
