Dr. Snead performed shoulder replacement surgery on my right shoulder less than 5 months ago. He and his staff communicated well, and led me through the pre-surgery, surgery and rehab process in an extremely professional manner. Today, my shoulder is 95% and I am back to swimming, cycling, and doing routine tasks with ease.

I am 18 months out from my surgery and aside from having had an excellent surgical outcome, I have to speak to the journey that brought me here. From the reception desk to check out, and even the billing department, every one, in all their roles, performed with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, competence and timeliness. Phone calls were always returned the same day, and at the end of each call, I was always told (with sincerity) not to hesitate to call back with any further concerns. The MAs were very gracious assisting with disability forms (ad nausium) and processed them in a timely manner. As my insurance changed and reimbursement was interrupted, the billing people were very kind and helpful taking time and interest in helping me with resolution. My experience at Methodist Sports was definitely 5 star, and I appreciate everyone there who cared for me.

They helped fix my back issues and I'm forever grateful. Had to wait a little too long before being seen a couple of times but the doctor was awesome and always made up for it during his meeting with me. He was a great speaker and I understood him very well. He helped me a lot.
