I had a late payment fee on my credit card account. I explained the circumstances and they reversed the fee with no problem. It was like a breath of fresh air. Instead of feeling like I'm being guilt tripped and profited off of for being human, I felt as if in this moment a company was here to serve and slightly adapt to a group of inherently fallible people. Like they had my back. This made me feel like I wanted to have their back.

Friendly and extremely helpful staff, wonderful service overall, and the off-hour virtual tellers are incredibly convenient. The ATM is also available 24/7.

Always fast and never make any mistakes. Customer service is very helpful and friendly. When I first joined they were having a "join and get 25$" promotion and I did get my 25$. Best bank I've ever had.

I really love this concept for branch I dont know any other bank that offers free secured wi-fi and computers to access my accounts in branch. Not to mention they have a guy there who wears a bow tie every time I stop by ,and everybody loves a good bow tie.

Love the location, the iPads, the free WiFi, and the 24-hour lobby where I can use the ATM to deposit cash and checks!! And the guys working there are pretty awesome!
