Beautiful old brick building where you can find the best coffee in town. Lots of seating and I think there is a room you can use for meetings as well. They serve breakfast burritos, sandwiches, muffins as well as coffee, tea, and smoothies.

The coffee is always made to order and reasonably priced. Their baked goods are okay. It's kind of crowded? But they have outdoor seating that is rarely used. It's never a long wait for coffee, and they play wonderful music.

I enjoyed visiting Black Waters Coffee. The atmosphere was more upscale with a friendly vibe. A very comfortable place to hang for awhile or grab and go.

Their lighter roast was a remarkably full flavored coffee. Since I was going to be here over an hour, I ordered the bottomless cup! The $2.25 price was very reasonable in my book.

I applaud the service! The barista could not have been any friendlier. I noticed a door in back marked “Roasterie” and asked the barista. She informed me they used to roast there, but due to the growth of the business they now had a separate, larger roasting facility.

Black Waters was super clean. They had outlets convenient to seating to charge cell phones and computers. There was plenty of seating and it was comfortable.

They have their own parking lot. It is small,but don’t worry as there is ample street parking around their attractive building.

Have coffee, hot chocolate, chai, smoothies, breakfast, and/or lunch at Black Waters.

I would definitely visit again.

The coffee is amazing! Smoothies are delicious! Baked goods are fresh. My only complaint is the time it takes to get your order. If you order food or have more than one drink, expect a long wait. I ordered 4 drinks and waited at least 20 mins. I was the only one who had ordered. There was no one in front of me. The drinks were delicious but it just takes too much time. If it could be sped up a bit, I'd go there alot more.

Absolutely amazing place that has fantastic coffee and espresso drinks. They're extra friendly there, and their selection is pretty good.
