West Coast Management is responsible for the Twin Lakes Mobile Home Estates in Shasta Lake, CA - a senior mobile home park located 4 hours away from their office. Rather than take the time to do simple things like answer the phone or reply to correspondence, this company completely disregards the residents. I have tried on several occasions to contact this property management company on behalf of my loved ones who reside at Twin Lakesit is impossible. My next plan of action is to drive to San Jose and get some answers. To start with, I would like to know, why are they covering for elder abusers??? Why are two known elder abusers managing a mobile home park for senior citizens???!
