  I have never had to make an appointment to make an appointment.
  
  Grand Central was recommended by the Subaru dealer, all most across the street, to repair the damage from a minor rear end collision. I got there on a week day in the early afternoon. The place was almost empty, except for two men in the office. They seemed less than enthused to see me, and I was informed that I should call the next day for an appointment for an estimate. One of the men did look at my car, from about 10 feet away, and for about two minuets. He seemed even more disinterested when he saw how minor the damage was.
  
  When I called for an appointment, I was given a date a week away, and no estimate of when it would be fixed. I first thought they must be very busy, Then I read some of the other reviews, and noticed all the negative reviews were of small jobs. So, if your car isn't wheeled in there on the back of a flat bed, and unloaded with a fork lift, go somewhere else.

  Fender Bender. Did other work at same time as insurance work. Very reasonable rates. My wife was happy with finish product, which means a lot, since she would be able to tell if things were off with the paint, etc. I lean on her for that stuff, since I don't see it as much. Extra touch up paint in car when we picked it up, swear car was cleaned as well. Thank you card received in the mail.

  Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want your personal belongs to get stollen or have someone go through your stuff. I took my car in for some exterior repairs and thought my car would be in good hands for 2 days, but when I got it back I noticed that all of my personal belongings that were in my car had been moved, they had gone through the middle console of my car and my iphone that I use for music had been stolen. The customer service throughout getting this resolved was a nightmare and finally when I was able to talk to the manager he said "there's no proof so there's nothing I can do". I trusted that my car would be taken care of and did not imagine this would ever happen, but then to get treated the way I was after showed what kind of business this is! DON'T LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME IT WILL BE WORTH IT!!!
