Very helpful on the phone. Received 5 star from me even though they didn't have my parts. They did the best they could to help me. I will try here again if the situation comes up again. Thanks for being helpful. Most places here are not

Have gone here for many parts, they don't always have what need but they will check their database to see if any local yards have it. Not always the friendliest people, but its not 7-11 you're not paying for a Coke & a smile. Prices are decent, your not leaving feeling like you took with no lube.
Thats really all i can say its a local scrap yard. They get new inventory in often on set times, definitely check them out.response / report this review -

Interesting reading all the opposing reviews: my own experiences have all been positive. Called got good info in a pleasant manner. Picked up and the parts were waiting with my name on them. Prices reasonable. I would & have recommend Teddy Bear's for used parts!

Great place for used parts. However, when it comes to vehicle repairs, go elsewhere. They're incompetent, and can't perform in a timely manner. They've had my vehicle for a month, and have constantly lied about completion dates. Even their excuses aren't creative.

Teddy bears Auto Parts fantastic people to deal with. And they will try their best to get every part that you need and their prices are very reasonable. Dino Jr is a great counter guy and a pleasant man.

Claude sold me a transmission years ago. His guys installed it. Paid close to $900 total. The tranny poured fluid all the way back to Clearwater. Ended up going back 3 times in a month. They never corrected the problem, never offered a refund, or any kind of solution. Just told me they couldn't stop it from pouring. Not leaking, but pouring out. I now work on my own cars, and would never stand for this type of treatment. Claude was never rude to me. He spoke to me very kindly. Only reason for 2 stars. This was back in like 2002, and I was in college. Newly married with no money. $900 was a huge deal. I was newlywed, and this was our only car. I never forgot this place. Left me absolutely high and dry.

If you catch them in a good mood your good. Definitely don't call if you're a woman, make sure who you do have call has knowledge about mechanics. Taking a star off because I have had very rude experiences before so now I have my husband deal with them.
