Great rates for older equipment. Art makes it all run great.

We just returned from a week at Wells Lakeside Cottages with bedbug bites. We also paid top dollar for a pontoon boat with ripped and torn vinyl everywhere as well as moss and mildew on carpeting. The lake sight was beautiful but the actual facilities were disgusting. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

The lakeside cottages are great, however they should think about updating some of the amenities. Overall great, rustic feel. It's what I expect from a place like this. Do not go into this place thinking your going to get the best beds, pillows and such. Thats not what a place like this offers. You have a good view of the water that is easily accessible by boat and good roof over your head.

We rented a boat, give it back 2 hours before which was paid and wanted to seat on a beach, but the owner came to us and forced us in a very rude way to leave the area, because we are not renting anything else anymore. It was our first and last time, we won't rent the cottages or boats from them anymore. I am not surprised that boats and cottages are not rented during a busy and sunny weekend.
