I was attending a special event that was being presented in their large event space. It was easy to find, the staff was very helpful in directing me to the event, and the hotel staff assisting in the actual event space were exceptionally accommodating. Great event in a great place.

We were allowed early check in which was very nice. Our room did not have the heat able to go above 68 which was strange and it was on AC initially so it was freezing upon entry. This was fixed swiftly which was appreciated. We found a dirty used fork on the floor by the bathroom sink so that was unpleasant. Shower head needs to be cleanedit had algae on it. Bed was harder than we would like. We were not disturbed with outside noise or from our guests on the same floor. However the guest above us coughed throughout the night and that was heard easily. Here on business. Hotel was fine. Staff is good. Bar was understaffed on a Sunday Football night. I would not normally post anything, but the pints (not true pints anyway) were not good poursat alltoo much head. Bartender was in a hurry to serve everyone or was not a beer drinker. She probably didn't appreciate a good pour for a beer. I'll go elsewhere and get better service and a better pour. Picture shows the pour after the foam settled.disappointing!

Great service, spacious halls, clean facilities. I was there for a professional event and made use of the large halls off the lobby. Staff was friendly, attentive, yet never in the way. A meal was served and I felt like the staff was honored to have us. I did not check out any rooms or workout areas.

This hotel had everything we needed for the night. The beds were comfortable, we were able to relax by the pool and hot tub, and it was a quick ride to the airport via their shuttle in the morning. We expect to stay at this property again.

I attended a Fred Astaire dance event here. The building is very well kept and clean. (As I didn't stay here, I was unable to rate the rooms.) FYI though the drinks at the bar are Really expensive. Two single shot drinks were $16. Otherwise excellent, especially the food for lunch and dinner.

Great place to stay. I left my gold necklace in my room and make it all the way home before I realized it was missing. The necklace meant the world to me and I was devastated. When I called, the manager could tell I was distraught and got right on it. When they call and told me that they found the necklace I was elated. They shipped it right out to me and it make it safely home, back around my neck. Thank you SO MUCH!

It'd been a great stay so far! The front desk is super helpful, they have all toiletries in case you've forgotten something. Rooms were clean, beds are comfy. Only thing that had room for improvement is the food, it can be overcooked sometimes but other wise it's great

I will definitely return to this hotel. Everything was great. I have to say that your executive housekeeper, Mackensie did an exceptional job. I had left my beats headphone in my room and she went above and beyond and called me back that I had left my beats in the room. Not many managers call back and she did help me. Kudos to her!

Love this hotel. Staff is fabulous, even in the middle of a snowstorm. Someone is always around to help with any questions. Rooms are cozy and clean. Inner is my favorite hotels.

Nice bar area, rooms were decent. Cose to the airport and major highway. Planes were a little noisy flying over but that is to be expected for a place so close to the airport.
