I came here because it said same day service on the window. 90% of the other dry cleaners in town ask you to drop off by 9am for 5pm pickup wen claiming same day service. This place tried to quote me 2 days later.
Then, when I asked for same day service they said I needed to have it there first thing in the morning. Who knows what time that means? They certainly couldn't clarify.
Eventually the guy said that he could have it by 9am the next morning. Went back and they said come back at noon. Sorry, but I actually wanted slacks to work in today. That's why I asked for same day service!
Take "Same Day Service" off of your window and website. Stop overpromising and undelivering.
Next time I'll drive half a mile in either direction to go somewhere else

Apparently they're under new ownership and they're not honoring the coupons/prices listed on the website. However, I called before going and the associate I spoke with told me she spoke with the owner and he said he would accept it. I drop the clothing off and she entered it with no problem. I call back to make sure the clothes will be pressed because it didn't show my request on the receipt. The owner answered the phone and told me the price would be different for some of the shirts. I reminded him what the coupon said, but he disagreed, despite the fact that it's printed on his website. I drove back and took my clothing to another dry cleaners! Please learn how to provide effective customer service and honor what's listed on your website!

Hands down best cleaners Ive been to in Kansas City! The staff is amazing and they always treat you like VIP! I would recommend to anyone looking for great quality at a great rate!

LOVE! LOVE!! LOVE!!! .MY CLEANERS!! When you become a regular at Weldon Cleaners you take ownership!

WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN?!?!!!!

1. Personable people that provide you with an extraordinary experience.
2. Cost efficient.
3. Impeccable and expedited timing EVERY SINGLE TIME: I work for a local company however, we are only home for 2 days at a time every other week. I drop my clothes at, or around MIDNIGHT on Friday evenings and have my excessive amount of laundry done with pristine care at the top of operating hours Monday morning!

HOW GOOD?!

*** I got out of my car this morning and there I was greeted upon walking through the door with my garments hung, tagged, and ready to be collected!

Very prompt service. Friendly staff. Always gets our dry cleaning done in a timely fashion. Definitely would recommend these guys to anybody looking for a place to do their dry cleaning. :-)
