One of the worst place for dry cleaners unprofessional they destroyed my 500 dollar hand tailored suite and then lie about it. DON"T take a chance with this place

I originally went to Dry Clean Super Center because of a fantastic coupon I received in a coupon pack in the mail. Even though DCSC is out of the way from my house, I didn't want to pass up the great deal.

Now, I make a point to go out of the way, just for DCSC!

The service is super-fast and friendly, and the prices are great. I always recommend DCSC to friends in the southern OP area and even the South KC, MO area (like me).

A couple issues. I brought in a sweater to be dry cleaned and it was returned with holes and hair on it. I was told the holes were due to moths and they gave me some coupons to make up for the cat hair. I have no cat and I keep my sweaters in a cedar chestso moths are not an issue. Next, they gave a $300 suit to a customer with a similar name. An accident but they did little to nothing to recover the suit. I got the name of the customer by accident since they didn't want to give it to me. I contacted them and picked up my suit. They also told me they left messages for this customer and WOULD pick up the suit for me which they did not. I don't plan to give them another chance.
