Best venison Salisbury steak possible. Everything we have ever had processed here is excellent.

Hands down the best processor in North Alabama. What you have is what you get. In other words, they will not keep your meat. I've used Weavers for years and have never had an issue. I also live about an hour away so I pass others to use them. You have to try the polish deer kielbasa.

Fantastic deer processors. Try the medium smoked sausage and jalapeno hot dogs. Snack sticks and jalapeno cheese bologna are awesome too.

They are great! We have gotten hogs done there and they were delicious! The meat tastes great especially the bacon and breakfast sausage. Will keep going back!
