  Fantastic shredding company for large amounts of old files and paperwork with sensitive information. Very easy to make an appointment and the pricing is excellent. The guys who showed up to my house for the shredding were quick and friendly.

  The initial conversation regarding costs to store, and return documents was highly misleading. The representations made to me when I agreed to use their services were completely misleading. i.e. I could pick up the boxes whenever I needed to, I would have access to them at all times; be able to pick up a file the same day; and significantly, the hidden costs of returning the files to me. The initial letter states, “Storage Quarters is locally owned and operated. This is important for two particular reasons, first we are readily available to service your immediate needs on a moment’s notice.”
  
  I was never given access 24/7 and there was no "service (of my) immediate needs on a moment's notice"
  
  There are so many other storage companies out there. If you are going to use them make sure they give you all the details.
