Was there July 1 2017 in 93 degree heat. No AC or power on in any of models. Torture even trying to look through them quickly. Uninterested staff in giving good customer service or even being concerned at the heat level in the homes. Website says ope 9-4 in Saturday. Felt rushed as they were closing at 230. Rude sales staff. Miserable browsing thru homes. No sale today from us.

We bought a home from Wayne Frier sometime in march of 2016 and we have had issues with our ceiling multiple times as well as our floor and doors. We contact the insurance we had through them and they sent someone out I know for a fact 4 times and each time leaving my home in worse shape than before. I do NOT recommend doing business with them until they can understand we are the ones paying for these homes not them. Issues should not be left in worse shape after its supposedly fixed than it was prior to coming out. I now have staples in my ceiling that should have NEVER been put there and they refuse to fix it even after pictures clearly show they are at fault. My floor in the kitchen rises everytime my unit kicks on. It's ridiculous
