The selection of apples is amazing. There's also a wide variety of processed foods, both from Way Fruit Farm itself and from other local businesses, along with home goods inside of the building. You can select a variety of apples yourself from the bins (sorted by variety) or buy pre-selected apples of different sizes. There are a number of nice fall festivals held here with live music and if you cross the street, you can take a free tractor ride around the farm to see the different apple trees. The tractor ride ends in a pick-your-own pumpkin patch (you can choose to visit the pumpkin patch quickly and get on the same tractor ride back to the starting point, or you can take your time and wait for a different tractor ride to pick you up later). There's also a cafe area serving food. I've never eaten there, but it looks popular.

amazing cider and baked goods! lots of local, fresh produce, meats, and cheeses. The drive out from State College is beautiful. I make several trips every season for fruits, especially for strawberry picking in the spring!

Good place to buy quality locally sourced produce. Many other good products at reasonable prices. On the other hand prices seem steep on several items, too. That's probably more to do with their sources than Way's markup, though. The Cafe has good food, especially when they are serving breakfast.

Excellent selection of produce and local goods. Amazing bakery items and fresh breakfast on Saturday morning. The farm also has great kid-friendly festivals throughout the fall.

The best local secret in State College area! Great selection of always super fresh and local produce. Local (and delicious) meats and dairy as well. Whether you are craving the best baked goods in State College or are preparing a feast and need fresh veggies, fruits, and other local products this place is worth the drive.
My favorite products are the apple sauce, cider, and sticky buns!
Finally, they have a solid restaurant that is open in Saturday's.sandwiches and apple cider donuts draw me in more than I like to admit.

Very awesome local orchard. They also have an in-store bakery and also sell bulk goods. You can get other local items, like meats from Hogs Galore, and Fasta Pasta. Make sure you check out their festival weekends in the fall, a great time for families.
