  Worst experience I’ve ever had- the lady I call always makes me feel as though I am stupid & the oil delivery guy always speaks down to me. Please, please, please save your time, energy & money. Don’t order from here- I’ve never had such a terrible experience. Today- the guy pulled of twice after seeing me wait at the front door. Insisted that he was here to pick up a check- I have never paid before my tank was filled. The last time he was even here- as he was talking down to me he said that I need to read the receipts more- well look at me here today asking him for a receipt and he doesn’t have it or just wouldn’t give it to me. Can’t fill out a check if I don’t have my receipt to go off of. We have always over paid and never knew where our overpayments were going to we stopped paying in cash. Called Nicoli oil and they were so nice!
  
  I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!
  
  Again- don’t waste your time here.

  I spoke with a friend today about this company and the experience he had with them. I thought I would come on and say my piece. I ordered oil through Waverley oil and they delivered to my neighbors house no big deal I’ll just call and let them know so I can get what I payed for . NOPE!!!! I had to prove I did not get the oil. I was almost out of oil. It took a week for them to come to my home. My oil ran out and I had to have someone reset the pilot light. Sure enough waverly wanted me to pay for that service too. Unbelievable. The women that runs the show and makes the decisions in that office is beyond rude and miserable. You can tell she hates her life but dang don’t pawn it on other people jeez. She was impossible to work with trying to straighten this out. I am very polite and understanding. It’s like this women didn’t have time for me when I was robbed 350$ By her company. This place is unprofessional. The who came to deliver the oil were nice people it’s the customer service that is in the toilet. I had to make a change. That’s why I go through Niccoli Oil. Great customer service and no waiting days for delivery. Niccoli will deliver next day. All in all Waverley oil is terrible.

  PLEASE READ THIS!!!! I took a 45 day leave from work for 2/3 pay due to child care struggles. My wife is a nurse works full time. I just bought this house about a year and half ago. I’ve bought oil only a few times and am not committed to really any oil company. I bought from Waverly oil several times last year and moved to other companies randomly because sometimes I couldn’t wait a week for delivery due to my wife and I having periods of financial struggle. I need my oil heater serviced. The company I last bought oil from said they are scheduled out until April. I called Waverely and they said they have openings in December. But because I did not buy oil from them this year they said they can’t help me . To be clear bought from them several times already and I was still in the computer system. I told them I am more then willing give them my business for oil oil. They denied me still and she hung up on me. Literally hung up on me before I could say anything. The most miserable, old women I have ever talked to. I had the phone call on speaker , my sister in law was sitting next to me. Her jaw dropped when she heard how rude these women were. Blows my mind. Anyways, I am glad to not be giving this company any business and I advise you to go to Niccoli oil. I have never left a review for anything in my life. I had to take them time to do this. NICCOLI OIL RULES!!!!!
