No anchor stores, and dwindling smaller shops. Time to bulldoze and put in some office space and apartments. More room for small business maybe?

Wasted resources for Wausau taxpayers with all of the options in Rib Mountain (less than 5 minutes away). Good luck.

The last of the big stores, Younker's, is going belly up. Sign of the times, I guess. Difficult to imagine a shopping mall with no big department store.

Always loved the center. Definitely is not what it used to be. There used to be a ton of stores and people. Now theres very few stores which even the ones there seem to be burning out. I hope they don't get rid of it all together. Ive been coming to the center since i was a teenager!! Overall a great place still.

For a smaller mall, they have a nice variety of stores with a few vacant shops. The 2 anchor stores have closed & we are waiting for some new developments. Food court needs to be vamped up as it is small & missing a few restaurants. All in all, it's a fun place to shop & a Great place to do your indoor walking!

A large mall with several different shopping options, as well as a food court. Has many clothing store options for all ages and styles, including kids and shoes. There is an area where little kids can play, specialty stores like Bath and Body Works and Yankee Candle, as well as cool, unique stores like Claire's and Spencer's Gifts. Really something for everyone, or a good place to bum around and kill time. Located very near local "downtown" shop area featuring shops and restaurants along side streets all within walking distance

Very small mall compared to others I've been to. Many of the stores have closed in the last two years, but there are some popular stores like Sears, Yonkers, Hot Topic, Spencers, Bath and Body Works, Gamestop, Victoria Secrets, and Yankee Candle. Not much to see here, but at least it's kept relatively clean.

Not as many stores as there used to be. Was much better a few years ago. Why can't they fill these vacant spaces with an arcade or something fun?? Parking structure is still creepy as ever, but all in all mall is fairly neat and tidy. I'd go again.

This is not an upscale mall, but it does have a decent selection of stores. Parking and navigating the surrounding areas is simple. The food court isn't great, but there are a few options. Overall, just an average mall with nothing particularly of note or unpleasant.

We live almost 100 miles from this mall which is our nearest mall, so we like it. But, to be honest, it's struggling. Two of three anchor stores have pulled out. Several other storefronts are vacant. It has a cool downtown location. Despite the vacancies it is in good condition. The parking ramps usually have plenty of room and parking is cheap or free. The remaining anchor store, Younkers, is nice. A multiplex theatre is rumored to be taking occupancy of one anchor locations.

Baffles me how busy the mall is but how half the stores are gone. We went on a Tuesday night and there were people all over but the one half of the mall is basically dark. Hopefully management has a plan for this place as the retail industry is slowing going the way of the dinosaur. The few stores that remain still offer great deals so check it out if you have the time. One downside is paying to park.

I go here to Lens Crafters, but always walk around. With all the flagship stores closing up it's hard for the business but I think a movie theatre would be a good fit. It has a nice mixture of chains and local businesses.
