  The staff are very friendly and kept me informed of everything that was going on with my car. My only suggestion would be to have more comfortable chairs in the waiting area.

  I bought a brand new Jeep last fall from these guys. Jeff Potts was my salesperson and he was a pleasure to work with. They gave me a good deal (better than other places I went to downstate), I'm sure I could have spent less elsewhere if I really wanted to or if I had tried to play the dealers off each other, but I am more interested in doing business with a place that cares about its customers first and foremost. Boy I sure am glad I did.
  
  I have had some issues with my new vehicle, in my opinion too many for such a new and expensive vehicle (I ordered it new, so the vehicle troubles have ZERO to do with the dealership). However, from the sales manager Charlie Ludwig to the service manager Todd Jados and every single employee I've worked with in between (Jason, Lisa, Eric, Adam, Mike, Ryan, Brant, pretty much everyone) I've received nothing but the very best service one could expect. They did (and are still doing) everything they can to help resolve my vehicle troubles, even going to far as to let me take a free loaner car downstate where I live for over a week and fitting me into their busy schedule on Saturdays. I even would like to throw a shout out to the Ludington Watson's, as they went out of their way to assist me during all of this. Clearly, Watson's ownership does something right, because I have yet to deal with an employee of theirs who doesn't show anything but the highest respect and attention to their customers.
  
  Even though I live 150 miles away, and even though I am slightly soured on the Jeep brand at the moment, I can't see any reason to hesitate buying from Watson's. I HIGHLY recommend buying a vehicle from them.

  We purchased our first ever new car from Brant and were extremely pleased with the professionalism he displayed and the entire staff made for a painless transaction. Our experience with the service department was also incrediblethere was no hassle and the speed and accuracy of our repairs was the best we have ever experienced! We highly recomend Watsons
