Rude and obnoxious staff and employees, lacks anything interesting to see or do on the grounds. Your money is better spent and appreciated at the many other campgrounds and state parks close to swansboro. Just across the Emerald Isle beach bridge there are sites available and you will be in walking distance to the ocean great for families.

Love this place! Everyone is Very friendly and helpful.stayed a week and was sad to leave .will defiantly be back.all facilities very clean very nice place to stay.great fishing and crabbing right on your doorstep.beautiful love ,love, love it!

Our family has been staying here since 2006 . The management has improved the overall appearance and safety of the rv resort over the years. Avoid the holiday weekends if you can.

Everyone here has been so nice and helpful the maintenance crew is very helpful and out going they fixed our water supply valve and even swapped out their power supply to give us 30 amp service for our camper only thing that could be better is a level gravel pad to park the camper on but thats minor for us just a little convenience

Have lived here for several years. Lots of fun things to do in the summer. The fishing is really good. Close to swamsboro and emerald isle for shopping.

Rude and very racist, over 300 spaces and I don't know of any spaces leased to a single black family!

I was camping at this park and the hostess was drinking and kept coming down to my tent, where I was camping with my parents, and repeatedly and unrentlessly harrassed us. I was talking on the telephone and the hostess felt I was talking too loudly. I informed this lady thta I was talking in a low tone and yes you can hear me talk if you stand up to the tent and listen. She went back home and returned with her dog, which was very threatening and large dog. My mother and father wanted to leave but I convinced them to stay and talk to the other host about this event, sinnce this lady was drunk and was not assigned to that particular area.
I just want African American campers to know that is a very real issue here and this lady has a definite issue with blacks. I plan on complaining higher to allow the owners to know of this issue.report this review
