The amenities were clean. The staff over the holidays were nice. However our condo hadn't been cleaned before we came in and we had to request it.

Great!! Pleasant staff. Room was clean, nicely decorated. Our room had a partial view of the beach and the sunset. Worth every penny. We'll come back again.

Very quaint property. Small and very much "old Florida"

Place has gone down hill, rather stay at island inn. Big hole in swimming pool, but they are supposed to be fixing it soon. The view is good and has balcony you can sit on.

Nice place right on the beach. We're staying in the condos. Our is nicely decorated and clean. only negative is that they don't provide maid service, towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap ect. Would have been nice to know in advance so we could have been prepared.

Wonderful place to stay on the water. We initially picked it for our mother and daughter week because I was taking my pup, and what a great choice. Everyone at the inn was very helpful and friendly. We had super easy beach access, a pool and shuffle board. I booked the blueberry #114 which was the farthest from the beach (not far at all). Everything was cozy, the comforters we're dated but that's not an issue because we usually bring our own bed linens and covering. Thoroughly enjoyed our week and would come again.

My family and I have been going to this resort for a few years so when we were planning our vacation this year we booked a stay here. Our vacation had to be canceled three days after booking the stay. We called back and were told about a $50 booking fee. Mind you we booked via phone reservation and had not heard this during the reservation so we asked if it was possible to wave this as we were not told ahead of time. We were told that we were told it because the person "always" says it. We all know that nothing is ever said 100% of the time but that was their excuse. We were basically told our business was not important to them and that they did not care, that this was their policy. I find this very silly as the rooms were old and outdated and what had set them apart in the past was the customer service. Without that they are not worth our time or the money as there are a lot of nicer hotels in the area.

This was a perfect weekend getaway. Our family had the comforts of home and we were able to walked out the door to the beach. It was a beautiful location. We can't wait to return.

We used the property for a pre cruise stay. Great area, would do it again, close to the cruise port. The rooms have little balconies that most hotels do not have, rooms are a bit small. They have a good breakfast buffet.

Loved our stay here. Staff was exceptional. Friendly. Loved our dog Sami, as she loved. It too.. Within walking distance to the beach for the perfect sunsets. Quiet. We stayed in Raspberry Cottage. Had a blast. Lots of shelling. Even when the red tide came onshore, still enjoyed what we saw. Learned so much. Cant wait to go back.
