We are thrilled with our new kitchen. As with all home remodeling projects there were a few bumps along the way, but there's no doubt that the team at Washa took care of us every step of the way. Our lead carpenter, Zach was an absolute joy to work with - extremely pleasant, and beyond easy to work with, not to mention one of the most talented trim carpenters out there. We consider ourselves lucky. We had other companies quote our project and Washa was the only one who was willing and able to determine if we would be able to square off an area of our kitchen to give us the space we needed for a full rectangular island, and patio door leading to our deck. What was once an extremely stressful living area of our home has now become one of the most joyful, even with everyone in it all at the same time. Thank you, Washa Remodeling!!

We are thrilled with the outcome of our recent renovation with Washa. We renovated our kitchen and a bathroom this fall. We are in love with both spaces. Our experience working with Washa was very positive. They made the process efficient and smooth for our family of four and were very responsive to all our needs, requests, and feedback. We are extremely satisfied with our Washa kitchen remodel. From our initial consultation to the final clean-up, their communication, care, and creativity showed.
Our two-story home employs a semi-open concept. Much of the first floor is visible, but there are architectural barriers separating the rooms. As a result, our kitchen area isn't the biggest. I did not expect Washa to be able to come up with a concept to address our desired improvements. I was wrong.

Washa presented two ideas that were dramatically different from our original kitchen. They were also receptive to our input to make adjustments to their plans. For us the most difficult aspect of the remodel involved specifying the final details (choosing specific cabinet style, light fixtures, faucet, backsplash, colors, etc). While we were a bit overwhelmed with the prospect of making so many decisions, Washa did a great job leading us. It was also nice to get their feedback about whether the decisions would look good together.

One cannot deny that the installation effort significantly restricted how we could use our house. Once the installation started, Washa did a masterful job coordinating all of the required disciplines. There were very few days were progress was not being made. It is hard to imagine they could have performed this installation any faster. I also appreciated that a single person oversaw the entire effort. We didn't experience any problems, but this single person buffered us from any potential that we would need to address conflicts between disciplines (carpenters, floor installers, electricians, plumbers).

In the end our kitchen is much more functional and looks far better than it did previously. We are so happy with the results.

There aren't enough positive things we can say about our experience with Washa Remodeling. We did what is (for us) a large remodel project- living room, kitchen, cedar ceiling install and several other accompanying projects like door replacements, wood flooring, etc. The lead carpenter was excellent and took great care to make sure everything was completed with precision. The work and the design incorporation was excellent. The whole team was knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and well coordinated. We're very much looking forward to having Washa handle our next remodel project.

The team was great to work with - they listened to what we hoped to achieve with our master suite and bathroom remodel project, then designed and delivered something even better than we imagined! We absolutely love our new space! We were kept informed throughout the entire process and they were great with answering all our questions. We look forward to working with the Washa team again!
