I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. Pemba previously. A patient once described her first encounter with him, and it was quite cute. As he walked into the room, she thought he was tall, big, and imposing. It took about 2 minutes for her to figure out he was just a "big teddy bear". He fit her with hearing aids, and she was extremely satisfied. More than one person has described him this way because he honestly cares about his patients. Dr. Pemba's focus is not on "making the sale" but rather on doing what's best for the patient. He cares about his patients and treats them like family. Dr. Pemba is TERRIFIC!!!

Dr. Pemba was really great. He took a lot of time with me and listened to the concerns I had with my current hearing aids. He solved the problem for me and I now am very happy to wear my new hearing aids most of the day and into the evening!

My experience with this clinic was great! Very professional, clean and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Pemba is a very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor who really takes time to listen to your needs. His recommendation for hearing aids was based on my testing results and financial constraints, and he helped me find the perfect fit for my needs. After he tested my hearing, he took the time to go over the results in depth and with visuals to give me a clear understanding of my hearing issues and what we can do to correct it. He also helped my husband and I learn ways in which we could improve our communication at home due to my hearing loss. He never once pressured me into buying anything and made me feel a whole lot better about my condition and how to move forward. I highly recommend him!

When I first saw Dr. Pemba I was a little nervous. But after 5 minutes I found him to be very compassionate, understanding and truly listens to me. He loves his patients as family and never hesitates to go out of his way to help.

I am new to the area ….
Dr Pemba is very thorough, professional and personable. He made the necessary adjustments to my ‘ears’ at my first visit. Since it was different than what I had been use to, within a few days made another adjustment. They are now perfect! Dr. Pemba called the following day to ensure the adjustment was good. Assured me that he was available for any further needs to my ears (hearing aids). I feel super blessed to have found him and will recommend him to anyone with audiology needs/concerns.
