I am staying in Norfolk for 3 weeks and the hotel does not have a washing machine so I went to this place. I looked around and an older lady who worked there came to help. She showed me how to get a laundry card, add money to it, showed me the different machines. I washed my clothes with no problems, 30 minutes wash, 40 min in the dryer. It was air conditioned, fairly clean. Another lady was sweeping while I was there, I worked on my computer while I waited. No issues. I'm going back next week

This place is a rip off. High end prices with low end service. You have to buy a "wash card" to insert into the machines that conveniently over charge you and it costs an extra dollar just to get the "wash card!" Search around, there has to be better.

The Facility Is Decent But I Prefer Doing My Laundry At Another Facility That's More Convenient To Me and After Midnight They Offer (.01) Penny Dryers. There's More Larger Washers Available and Hotter Dryers.

I would give this more stars but there is one lady that is there that both my boyfriend and I have had the misfortune to deal with and ruins the entire experience when we are there. One time when I was taking my clothes out of the washer she told me to make sure the water didn’t drip on a certain place of the washer. Huh? I’m taking my clothes out of the washer and putting them into a basket I can’t control if the water drips down a little bit INSIDE the basin. It was absurd. She then purposefully started cleaning the washers right near where I was to watch me. It wasn’t a coincidence because when I moved to another washer a few washers down she moved even closer to me to watch over my shoulder to see what I was doing. It was weird and made me feel insanely uncomfortable. One time my boyfriend went there by himself and called me and said that same lady was being insanely rude to a mad who came in and basically told him the same thing and she was being nasty and bossy with him. I really hope washland looks into this employee and tells her to be a lot more considerate of the people in there. Everyone else that works there or goes there is very kind and I have no issues with anyone else. In terms of the actual building the place is very nice and has lots of places to sit and wash and dry your clothes.

Dropped laundry off and they did it within a few hours for 12 bucks. Looked like a pretty clean laundromat.

Awesome experience! The lady manning the front desk was super helpful and friendly. 30 minutes to wash my entire families (5 people) laundry in the medium washer for $6 and about 1.50 to dry. Super clean and smelled great walking in. Has wifi, tables to sit at and video cameras for security.

First time i have been to a laundry mat since i was a childbut this is nice! Buy a refillable card to.use on the machines. Machines are all in great shape and clean. Floors and folding tables are clean. Lady working tonight is very friendly and helpful. Very pleased overall.

They are super-clean, have very clean bathrooms and have drink/snack machines. There's free WiFi and cable TV along with chairs and tables to get some work done while you wait. It is a huge and modern laundromat. You have to load $$$ on a card to wash and dry so it is different than a coin operated laundry place so know that before you go. The prices tend to be a bit more expensive too than a coin operated laundry place. But, you get what you pay for and sometimes I will go here when I crave the convenience. The staff was polite (at least when I went at around 6 p.m. today).

This is the first time I have had to use a laundromat, so I do not have any previous experiences to compare to. However, as a first time laundromat user, I would say this one is very nice! It's very large, so I never feel crowded. There is free wifi, and nice booths to sit at while you wait for your laundry. There are even two toy/game machines if you have to bring your child. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and they are constantly making sure everything stays clean. I would definitely recommend this Wash Land!

Clean, free wifi, and tables provided to sit and do work while you wait! Love also that use of card to refill and charge for use of washers and dryers. Highly recommended this place!

I've been using Wash Land at this location for a number of years. One young lady by the name of Aneshia has always been very helpful, professional, efficient, and always keeping the laundromat clean by staying on top of everything. She is definitely an asset to this establishment.

In town visiting our son. His dryer was temporarily out of service so, we found a laundromat close to his house.
This is the nicest cleanest laundromat I have ever used.
