My mom was happy with how clean the carpet was and the carpet tech was professional. I would suggest if the owner doesnt have an email to have paper receipt handy. Otherwise they did a great job and was on time. We appreciate the service .

Arrived punctually and used shoe covers, when asked for it. He cleaned 2 area rugs for 120$. Unfortunately he didn't clean my Persia rugs, he said they would wrinkle..and that's actually why I really wanted a professional cleaner.
After all he was out within an hour. Didn't accept the coupon we had. The rugs looked clean but no deodorizer was used. Guess they usually do entire rooms with carpets.

Chimney Sweep and Dryer Vent cleaning. Roman was on time and called me when he was on his way. He showed me the cost of everything I had ordered, and when it was more than I expected I was able to see which services I did want at this time. And he told me what services I can get next time and the cost of it as well. I definitely will be a repeat customer. Master Clean was professional, on time and reasonably priced. Thanks so much. My only concern is that you have my last name wrong on the invoice. Thanks.

Technician called ahead to say he could come earlier than scheduled, which was great because we had a busy afternoon planned. He was polite, and he worked quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use them again!

Would not recommend. I was charged extra for what they considered high traffic areas after being quoted another price. My carpets were left soaked and smelling stale afterwards. Will not be contacting them again in the future.
