We had a Ford Fusion that we have taken in for service and we were extremely happy with the experience. So when it came time to buy our next vehicle, we went back Wapak to buy a new truck. Another pleasant experience! We are very happy with the deal they gave us and love the new truck. Family owned and I dealt with the owner. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently had my car repaired at Wapak Ford's body shop and when it was done, it looked like brand new! The owner of the dealership prepared the estimate and worked with my insurance company. He took care of everything for me. He even gave me a free loaner car while my car was being repaired.

I really enjoyed my leasing experience with Wapak Ford. I live in Columbus, Ohio and they gave me all the information over the phone along with locating the vehicle for me. I just had to drive over and take delivery. I will recommend them to my friends.
