I've been coming here every memorial day weekend for the past 18 years (since I was 2). Also I came here for summer camp a few times. The word Wanake means Beautiful spiritual place among the hills and it definitely is exactly that. No safer place for kids and belongings while you are camping and a great experience for kids as they learn about Jesus and make memories that they will have for a lifetime!

This was my favorite Church camp when I was a kid. My mom went to church camp here as well and now my kids go here. What a wonderful warm environment for your kids to grow in faith and in nature. There are cabins and Retreat centers. The facilities can be rented during the off-season.
