Love the half off days..Inventory has been getting thin for men's shirts. Need more people to empty their closets

This store was shockingly expensive! There were multiple jackets priced at and around $100 They also write the price on the sewn-in labels (or worse, on the inner lining) of the clothing items in bold, black marker. Nicer items such as leather jackets and coats are investment pieces that are meant to last -it's awful that they write on the lining or the sewn-in labels! Completely degrades the item.

I've been coming here for over 15 years. I came in recently with my two daughters and was just really saddened by the quality and the customer service. It has change so dramatically. We used to be greeted by Melanie every time we came in and actually excited just to see the staff here. This place is definitely not kid friendly. They are much more concerned with keeping things looking put together then being helpful or kind. We definitely won't be coming back here. Super high prices and a bunch of junk. :(

Great store. I always find something to wear here. Even better on the half off days. This store has something for everyone. Everything is organized by size witch makes shopping a whole lot easier. Defiantly worth stopping in.

This is one of my favorite thrift stores & that's saying a lot! Stopped by on a 50% off weekend & found a khaki Ralph Lauren jacket for my son. This store offers pretty descent furniture, housewares, & men's clothes. Women's clothes just aren't made as well so I rarely find anything for myself. Follow on FB so you'll know about sales!

I love this store at times because you can always find a nice item of any kind and there's usually storewide discounts. There are other times when the prices are a bit ridiculous, especially when the original sales tag is still attached showing that the item was one price and the staff takes it upon themselves to price the item higher. This happens to be the case (overpriced items) with badly worn, torn and/or stained clothing.

I visited on a half off day, which was great. The prices were fair (n even better w/ half off.) Though, some brand names were higher priced than at local consignment stores (even with half off.) There wasn't hardly any women's jeans (maybe 10-20 pr tops, which was odd) but lots of other odds n ends, shirts, pants, sz 10 women's shoes (very few smaller sizes). I was shocked to find several articles of clothing that was disgustingly dirty (dried food n ?? caked on). They do need to be a bit more selective about what they put on the floor and dispose of trash. Not everything donated is salvageable and tho dirty clothes can be washed they can't be sold like that. I looked over the suitcases (since I am here visiting) n most were absolutely broken beyond repair. The few clothes I did buy I will wash in HOT water a few times before wearing after what I saw in this store. I was glad I had hand sanitizer with me because of it. The dressing rooms were clean (n close an hr before the store does.) The staff was helpful, but they are understaffed n poorly managed. They couldn't decide whether to put another cashier (George) on until after the LONG line was 2/3 done. They had him going back n forth until they (whomever was in back, yelling across the store) finally told him go on register 1. While they were doing this dance, the sole cashier asked for another cashier 3x over the intercom. This chaos explains why there was dirty clothes on the racks, items beyond repair (absolute trash even for a Thrift store) being sold (actually, just taking up floor space) and the chaotic layout (purses, furniture n knick-knacks in several varying n odd areas, misc here n over there without sections or uniformity or consistency except clothing but that was even randomly sectioned in places, too.) I do realize it is a Thrift Store BUT it is still a store and place of business. I like to go Thrift Store shopping in different places I visit but this was probably the most manic one I have been to. The store itself is kept clean at least and with half off it was worth a look over n finding a few good deals.

Great deals and tons of selection. They could use a few more cashiers because it was a bit of a wait but maybe that was because they had a 50% off the entire store sale! I'll definitely be coming back.

I went there looking for a couple of gardening tools, I found what I needed and they allowed me to try them out before buying them. First time buying something at a thrift store and it was very good.

I will NEVER call or step into a Salvation Army again. This is a company that is suppose to receive free items to help the needie instead it's a company that's all about the money.
You call them up to pick up your stuff that you no longer need or in my case items that did not sale from an Estate Sale (which doesn't mean they are all bad). So they show up and pick and choose what items they want and leaving you hanging with the rest. What is that all about. When I call for an Estate Sale clean up I mean you pick up everything.
And then be very rude about the whole thing. Now i see why people take their stuff to the dump.response / report this review
