the title dept sent my title to the DMV? the DMV lost it ! then they told me that I asked them to do this? title still missing, can't register my new truck

My sales person was courteous and very helpful. She was not pushy like other dealers that I have dealt with in the past. She was knowledgeable about any questions that I had. We like the deal that I got on my new purchase and the attitude that the sales person had so much that my son and daughter in law said that when they went to purchase another vehicle that they would buy off of her. Which in fact happened today.
The dealership was in all of my experience the best that I have ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. I was able to purchase my car and get a great deal better than anywhere else that I checked before visiting the dealership. I will recommend this dealership and sales person to all of my family and friends.

I had some issues with the sales person promising a keyless entry and key for our new car, and after not receiving that in the mail for 2 months I called in and Deskins pulled through!! This was my 2nd purchase there and I'm so pleased they are honoring their promises!
