Fantastic people who really care about you as a runner. They will custom fit you in the right shoe, and are great supporters of local races and causes

If you dread going shopping, especially with a child athlete, this is the place to go. I mentally prepared for hours of store hopping to find a running shoe. They measured, consulted, fitted and processed. We were in/out in 15 minutes tops. Thanks Tri-State Running!

Very nice and help people. If this is your first time purchasing "fitted" running shoes be sure to bring your old shoe as it helps them match you up. I've purchased both pavement and trail running shoes here, however, their trail running selection is quite small. Over all very friendly and helpful would highly recommend getting your running shoes here.

I had a great experience getting a proper fitting for shoes and inserts. I'm a beginning walker but was treated very well by the young lady in store. She spent roughly 40 minutes explaining why my heals were hurting and we found out I've been wearing shoes 2 sizes too small. What a difference it is to have a professional help you find the shoe you need!

Today my husband and I went in to see if they carried a pair of shoes I saw online. We were promptly greeted by a salesperson who was helping another customer. A few minutes later, another salesperson came out to help me. He asked me what I was looking for and I told him I was looking for a pair of shoes I saw online. He asked me the name of them and I told him that I only remembered the brand and that I didn't think I'd seen them on display. At this point, he started kicking things around on the floor (i.e. the measuring tool and boxes of shoes) and became completely disengaged. I continued to look at the other shoes for a minutes and decided to leave. Not sure if he was upset because his coworker left a mess or if he was upset because he didn't think I was going to make a purchase, or maybe not upset at all, just preoccupied, but that's poor customer service, especially if you're getting ready to drop $110-$200 on pair of shoes. Gave it a 3-star rating related to a previous purchase for my son. The young lady who helped us with that purchase was amazing.
