Julie Young was amazing to work with on the purchase of a new Ford. She really took the time to answer questions and make sure me and my wife were comfortable in the purchase. She also spent a lot of time when I picked up the new vehicle to explain all the options and get me set up. Greatly appreciated.

I was in the market for a particular configuration of a F150, and I can't begin to say how thankful I am that Cronin Ford happened to have a matching one on their lot, and how thankful I am that I stumbled across this dealer on the Internet. I worked with Adam G in sales who was incredibly prompt, straightforward, honest and helpful.
Before coming across Cronin, I got every variation of the stereotypical car sales pitch, from forced add-ons to finance tricks -- Cronin was so much better in every respect -- no tricks, no tactics, no games. This seems like a simple concept but when it's a vehicle in high demand it feels like an impossible task, and I had almost given up on finding an honest dealer.
I could write a long editorial about my horrible experiences with other dealers -- Cronin Ford was stunningly pleasant to work with. Adam G in sales and Jeremy in finance couldn't have been better and I can't thank them enough for helping me acquire my dream truck.
A sincere and heartfelt thank you to Adam G in sales, Jeremy in finance, and even the friendly staff at the front desk who greeted me when I arrived. It was first class all the way and I wish I could give more than five stars!!response / report this review -

I recently purchased a explorer for my wife about a month ago. After being in the car and my great experience with Mark K. a sales person at Cronin I decided to up grade to my dream truck. A F150 Lariat. My experience was equally impressive than the first. Mark returned every phone call in a timely manner even with the birth of his first child two days prior to my call, he was on top of it. First class experience.

During the evening of my purchase I was speaking to sales manager and asked if anything was wrong with workings of truck while sitting inside. He indicated NO. And because it was dark I also asked is there anything on body I need to be aware of. He again indicated NO. Both of which was an outright lie. My bad for going after work in dark. But when asked specific questions and out and out lie for a sale. They clearly took advantage of situation and me being a female. If that is kind of business they want reputation for good luck. I have also called multiple times asking for manager to call me. Guess what no return call. Women be careful and have someone there to protect you cause you will need it. They even made comment I am surprised you didn't bring a male with you to beat me up on price. I found it an odd comment at time but now I know why the comment. Hope you feel good Cronin Ford for taking advantage and most importantly outright lying when asked a direct question. And I was forced to select a star to post otherwise I would select none.

I was in a wreck a couple weeks ago and my 07 Honda Pilot was declared a total loss. As I started my search for a new/replacement Honda Pilot I came across a nice 2010 Honda Pilot I found on the Cronin Ford website. I left a voicemail after hours on Wednesday and Tony Henegar returned my call first thing on Thursday. The next day I drove to Harrison to test drive the car and on Saturday I went back to Cronin Ford one last time and bought the vehicle.
Tony was incredibly helpful in expediting this process and making sure I had all the information for the vehicle even beyond what I requested. He was able to accommodate my strict schedule as I live roughly 1 1/2 hours away and made the process entirely painless, it went as smooth as possible.
It's been a week since my purchase and I'm incredibly thankful for a great deal on a great car.response / report this review -

Cronin Ford was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I'm 74 years old, and have bought many new vehicles. From the time I walked in, I felt like was catered to. Adam Geiger helped me find the perfect truck, no pressure and I will send anyone to Cronin!

Terrible customer service. Car was suppose to be in shop for a day to review issues. It then needed further testing for a few days to pinpoint issues. After further testing they said they needed to keep car for a week to replace certain components. Over a week later, no call and no car. To top it off no courtesy vehicle was offered since they assume most people have a second means on transportation. Second time my car has been in for extended time without having a courtesy vehicle. Overall bad experience and still no car.

I searched across the state for a used Ford F-150 and found a very nice used truck at an amazing price at Cronin Ford. The sales staff were very responsive and not at all pushy like many of the other dealerships I was trying to get information from. I flew all the way from south Florida to Ohio and they picked me up at the airport with the truck and had me in and out in no time. I am very pleased with the service I received and after searching across the nation I could not find a better used truck for the price. When it is time for me to buy another truck I will not waste my time with any other dealer and fly up again and purchase my truck from Cronin Ford.

Just wanted to take a minute to thank Cronin Ford and Adam Montgomery for a great experience in the purchase of my 2015 F-150. Adam Montgomery went above and beyond to stay in contact with me the week before our Saturday appointment. My purchase and doing business with Adam was very enjoyable. I had an excellent experience at Cronin Ford. I worked directly with Adam Geiger as a salesperson and could not have been happier with the attention that was paid to my needs. I highly recommend Adam as your sales person, he will see that you are taken care of! Anyone that is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Cronin. The entire staff is wonderful and never pushy. I have purchased many vehicles at Cronin. Adam treats you like a friend and looks out for you…. not just another sale. My husband and I drove almost an hour to look at a used vehicle we found online. We called ahead and they had it parked out front, ready for us. We worked with Cody (Joshua) Ralston. He was not only knowledgeable, but was personable, extremely helpful, and not pushy at all. We felt comfortable and welcomed during our entire visit. We ended up spending the evening looking at other vehicles on the lot. There were a ton of options, and it was quick and easy to take one on a test drive. We decided on a used 4Runner. My husband drove our trade-in back to the dealership the next evening. They had the "new" vehicle ready to go, sparkling clean and gassed up. Paperwork and processing was very quick, and he was on his way. This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Thank you!

I am so pleased with my 2015 Ford Fiesta that I purchased the other day. The sales people were nice and more than willing to help. They responded almost immediately to my email I left them. They even had the car I was I yerested in waiting at the front door for me to test drive it. I will definitely be going back when I am once again in need of a new car. They had a Subaru Outback sedan on their used lot. I am from Saline, MI. Tony Henegar was very helpful. He sent me videos of the vehicle to see if I liked it before I made the four hour trip. Tony met me an hour before his showroom was open on Saturday because I had to be in Champaign, IL in the early afternoon. He was very sincere, genuine. and during the negotiations didn't get pushy. Overall a great experience. I would buy from them again if they had a Subaru or Nissan that matched my needs.

Tony Henegar was very helpful, and followed through with great service, well after closing time! He was very sincere and never made us feel like he was pushing for a sale.
The process always takes longer than we like, but everybody was friendly and accommodating.

My overall experience at Cronin was great. My salesperson Adam was polite and knowledgeable and did everything he needed to make sure my wife and I were happy. He made sure that we got what we were looking for and didn't try to sway us in another direction. The entire staff was amazing all the way through the sale. When we went back for our first oil change they made us feel at home again and actually remembered who we were. I highly recommend Cronin Ford and Adam if you're looking to buy a reliable vehicle without the hassle.
