  Ordered curbside pickup for groceries between 9-10 PM on 1/21/23. Was not able to select that we were on the way at 9:50, nor select that we were there at 9:55. App said we had no order available to pick up. After calling the store phone and curbside phone number and getting no answer, I walked in. Found a manager who called up a curbside associate/manager named Charles. Charles proceeds to speak to me condescendingly and short the entire time about him being off the clock and having to help me with the groceries. “I can’t hand them to you” and “you look confused haha” were some phrases he used. He has me get a cart and follow him to the curbside doors between meat and dairy where he mentions multiple times that I couldn’t get it brought to the car because it was closed and tosses half of my stuff in the cart he had me get. I’ve worked customer service before and have been asked to do things after my shift was supposed to be over; if I had the attitude he did I would’ve been written up or fired. If I can’t get groceries brought outside at 9:55, why is there an option for 9-10 PM? If it’s a corporate issue or a problem with the app, why was that not mentioned, and how is it my fault or problem? The only store in the area I EVER have problems with for curbside is Walmart for some strange reason. After this visit, I’ll probably never use their curbside service again. I was polite and said thank you the whole time, but the way he talked to me, I shouldn’t have been so nice.

  This place never ceases to amaze me on how terrible it can be. Absolutely no carts were up front. Shelves were quite bare, lines to check out moving incredibly slow (I waited in line for an hour), and the check out clerk threw my stuff in bags splitting open some yogurt I just got.

  I love Walmart I live close by it's literally my go to place to get everything. I rate this store a 5 star because I always get exactly what I go for if a team member goes and looks in the back for a certain product for me it's the best thing ever. Team members always so friendly always ask if you need help finding things. Always have great experiences at Walmart.

  Sitting here and getting ready to go in a get food with OTC and it's hard to know what is able to buy at Walmart with this card.Health and stuff for health.I guess we'll see if this area Walmart is easier.

  This location has more product variety and space than most. It is also has the worse congestion. There are never enough registers open. The bathrooms are always messy and not well stocked. There are never enough registers open.
  
  Supplies are always low in the things I am looking for. This location is easily accessible via various highways and by 🚌.
