We just purchased our new Subaru Legacy at Wallace Subaru in Bristol, TN. I'll have to say it was probably the best car buying experience we've ever had. Our sales person was Nicholas Demetri (Hope I spelled his name correctly) and he was nothing less than fantastic. It was a very cold day and we looked at more than one vehicle, but he was so patient and considerate of us. He made sure to do all he could to make our experience great. Not just Nick, but all the office people were very nice to work with. We are thankful for the new friends we have made at Wallace Subaru and will be sure to highly recommend them to everyone looking to purchase a vehicle. God Bless you all and Merry Christmas.

Fantastic experience purchasing a pre-owned Subaru Outback. Darrell Hodge was awesome!! He definitely went above and beyond. He answered all of my questions, even going so far as to send me additional pictures of the car on request! And when I decided to go see the vehicle for myself, he held it for me as I drove several hours to get there and then stayed past closing time to complete the purchase. So grateful! I cannot say enough good things about him and this dealership. Everyone there was so nice. Well worth the drive!!

Just bought a 2018 STI from Wallace Subaru. Nick Dimitri (my sales person) was Awesome! Helped me out in so many ways. Most importantly Nick was on the same page with me so negotiations went very smooth. The new service area and waiting area are really nice. All the service people are awesome! a lot of Subi heads which is great to have. The only gripe i might have is the detail dept. but overall I would highly recommend buying from Wallace and make sure you ask for Nick Dimitri!

Polly Gilmer is fantastic! You won't encounter any of the played out dealer tricks with Polly. Straightforward and honest, she exceeded my expectations and beat the competitors' prices on my new car. I have now bought multiple cars from Polly and will continue to send friends and family her way in the future. If you are local or out of state, she is worth the drive. Definitely give her call BEFORE you make a deal with any other dealer or dealership. You will feel better when it's all said and done.
